Wow this place is amazing! If you need something it has it! It was clean, very organized and so close to the beach! I’m hoping to return again! Can’t say enough positive about the home. The host is amazing making sure I had everything I needed and gave me a number if I had any problems. I didn’t have any problems just fun! Thank you!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Clearwater area. The condo was clean and very nice with a beautiful pool. The people staying at the Avalon were very friendly. The location is good with clearwater beach and shopping/dining nearby. We traveled to St. Pete, John's Pass and enjoyed great dining and beautiful beaches. Our condo was great and we highly recommend it.

Perfect getaway with the family

This was our first family trip to Clearwater and we were beyond impressed with our stay. Victor provided all necessary information for an easy check in and of the complex in general. The condo was clean and very spacious. The area was perfect with a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhoods.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was immaculately clean, and the pool was absolutely fantastic—definitely a highlight for us.The booking and check-in process were smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Since we flew in, we especially appreciated the abundance of amenities provided; having access to beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas made traveling with the kids so much easier. The host’s attention to detail is unmatched. The thorough write-up provided beforehand answered practically every question we had. Once we arrived, we found everything clearly labeled with helpful instructions for the Wi-Fi, thermostat, and other controls throughout the home. Furthermore, the homeowner was extremely responsive and checked in on us occasionally to ensure we had everything we needed.Highly recommend this property for a stress-free and comfortable vacation!

Beautiful Condo close to everything in Clearwater

Condo was clean and spacious. Great amenities and close to beaches and spring training facilities for both Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays. The check in process was flawless. Would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Clearwater.

Awesome spot! Everything you could need

Clean, family friendly, warm pool, cute decor and super comfortable king bed! We liked that the TV has lots to choose from for viewing options. Friendly and accommodating host. Drive to Clearwater is super easy! Lots of fun local places and condo felt safe. Lots of great memories made this trip! Great furniture, no squeaky doors, clean and comfortable bedding, had all basic cooking items needed to make food, which was nice. Walk in closet was bigger than expected too!

Retired

The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen large enough for more than one person. Bathrooms were updated and well appointed. We loved sitting on the patio and having coffee or sipping a glass of wine. The pool water was warm. Host answered every question and was always there for us.

We loved it!

This condo was perfect for my family. The 4 of us had the best time while in Clearwater. It was clean, spacious and had EVERYTHING we could possibly need to enjoy our stay there. The beach stuff was also a very much appreciated extra! Close to stores and several beaches were just a short drive away. The pool was one of our favorite things to do while there. Workout room was nice but some of the cardio equipment didn't work. Property Managers were accessible, helpful and very communicative. All in all, highly recommended!

The condo was very pleasing to the eye amd the host had all orgamized and labeled. We didnt realize it wasnt a 55 condo. so thats on us. My biggest cplaint was how hor water heater was handled. We callef when it broke It ended up 6 days without hot water(partly Management had to notify other units & finding so.eonto fix it. I was mortified when I heard management say to technician " we told them this &Ac very old & water heater could cause a fire. How could anyone rent out a condo like that? They did refund minimal .No amount would have replaced our lives Plus we had to watch water heater leak & empty it.

We are so sorry for all the trouble the water tank leak and replacement has caused you, and we apologize for it profusely. I understand the need for hot water in the condo at every moment. We were not aware of it breaking beforehand, but we took all the measures for it to be replaced at the time we became aware of it. As you know, the technician who replaced the water tank informed us that the HVAC is on the older side, has issues as well and will give us trouble. As a result, the week after you left, we replaced it as well. We are grateful for your assistance during the time you stayed in the condo and I want to assure you that this equipment did not give us any advance notice that it will break. Otherwise we would have changed it before you came in. We have a history of great reviews with our condo rentals and we try to make it fun and easy for our guests, so, as soon as a problem does appear, we act to correct it. We did send you a refund you for your trouble of not having hot water. The water tank replacement did take 3 days but we ordered it as soon as you informed us you that the hot water stopped in the condo. I apologize that the technician had to wait until the neighbors were informed about the main water line needing to be shutdown temporarily so the tank can be installed. We were not happy with that either. Again many apologies.

Hurricane Stay

I chose the location because of the elevation. Although the buildings are in a valley with storm drains, the unit was on the 2nd floor. There was plenty of debris, but the storm drains did not clog, and significant tree limbs did not fall. Not being from the area, management provided no direction regarding emergency protocol. I moved all the exposed porch furniture inside to avoid possible wind damage, which is common sense. The property did not lose any power or communications with Helene or Milton, and there were no leaks or damage to the condo. The unit was clean and neat, as advertised. I did not use the dishwasher, but one attachment screw on the left side was not attached. As I travel a lot, I would like a better check-in process and communication for access. As far as a location to the beach, groceries, and airport, all are very good. The workout room is clean and well-dressed with equipment. I did not use the pool as I work 12-hour days, but it looked clean and well-maintained. The community is safe. You will not go wrong with this unit if you don't need to be on the beach and want a quiet retreat; you will not go wrong with this choice.

Thank you for the feedback Ellis! We very much appreciated you choosing our condo for your business. We did notice that one of dishwasher’s mounting screws slipped off and we are addressing that issue right now, no problem. We appreciated very much the care you provided during the hurricanes by moving the balcony furniture inside. Thank you! We also loved how much care you showed to our condo and hope you will come back again. It would be our pleasure to host you again.
