The paintings that decorate the apartment aim to emulate a small art gallery allowing young artists of great potential to exhibit and offer their work.

The parking lot is private and secure, located on floor -1 and the building also has several visitor parking spaces.

If I had to choose only two qualities that stand out from the rest of the apartments offered, they would be: SIZE and LOCATION.
