Nice, updated condo. View of the beach and intercoastal from the balcony. Was not informed before we booked that the pool area was going to be under construction and unable to use, lucky we had great beach weather. Owner was great to work with.

Hello we are so glad you had a 5 star stay! Sorry the pool is only closed for a few more weeks this month. We did send a msg as soon as you book and now it’s even on the description that the pool is being updated for the month of October only. We are glad you enjoyed your 5star stay regardless

I would like to thank the host for a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spotlessly clean, featured a fully equipped kitchen, and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. The location could not be better: there is a quick stop across the street for coffee and healthy smoothies, it's a 10-minute walk to Walmart, and just a one-minute walk to the beach. There is no need to rent a car. Communication with the host was excellent, and we will definitely be back!

The pool was small but nice, not too crowded. Very easy access to the beach. Due to construction we were not able to use the balcony but we were informed of this with ample notice. Very friendly and responsive host.

The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. We had 3 adults and a 20 months old little girl. Plenty of toys and books for the little one. We missed out on the use of the balcony due to the ongoing construction but we knew about it in advance. Once it’s finished tenants will really appreciate the view of the beach. We did enjoy the beach and pool daily. Gym has all you need for a good workout. Area is very easy to navigate and only 25 from FLL airport. Overall a good place for the money. I would rebook it.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanside condo! It was spotless, spacious for our family of four, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host went above and beyond by providing beach gear, toys for small children (our kids are older, so we didn’t use them), bottled water, coffee, snacks, and even a bottle of wine. Those thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome. The host communicated exceptionally well, letting us know before arrival about the morning construction and that the balcony would be closed while it was being painted. The construction was loud before 9 a.m., but we appreciated the transparency. The balcony was painted during our stay, so hopefully future guests will get to enjoy it. Even without balcony access, the views of the ocean and city were beautiful. Valet parking was easy, and we enjoyed the hotel amenities, including the game room with pool, ping pong, and foosball, plus the on-site café. The food was delicious (though a little pricey), and they even delivered to the pool. Beach access is just steps away, and the location is excellent. There is a refundable security deposit that is also charged when reservation is made, but we understand why it’s required. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the host was responsive and even offered early check-in. We’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and the host had great communication. We enjoyed the beach and used the chairs that the host provided although you can’t use the umbrellas on the beach. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Some snacks were provided, popcorn would have been a great addition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hello! Thank you for your short—but hopefully sweet—stay with us. We were a bit surprised to hear about the beach umbrella 🏖️ issue, as nothing was mentioned during your stay. Had we known, we would’ve been happy to address it right away to ensure a 5-star experience for you. We hope next time you’re able to visit for a longer stay, and recommend us we’d love the chance to welcome you back for a truly 10-⭐️ experience! 🌴

Had a wonderful stay. Lovely pool and beach area. There is no beach service on the beach but there are chairs in the room to take down. The pool was warm and very clean. Beautiful views from the room. Valet service was nice to have and they were very quick. Just over two miles from Margaritaville where you can park and enjoy the shops and restaurants and free concerts. You can also get day passes to Margaritaville I think for 75/person if you wanted. One day we drove to the Miami Zoo and stopped at the famous Haulover Inlet. We also enjoyed the huge Aventure Mall. The host was always quick to respond.
