Imagine walking into a bright, open space filled with natural light, where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors seem to disappear. That's the magic of our home's modern open layout. Step out onto the patio and you'll find yourself drawn to the inviting lounge pool, perfectly positioned to enjoy serene views of the pond. It's a little slice of paradise where you can truly relax and recharge.
Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 4100-square-foot home, occasionally rented, perfect for up to 12 guests (maximum of 10 adults).
Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway, a family gathering, an exciting baseball tournament, a beautiful wedding, or a visit to FGCU, we welcome you with open arms!
On the 1st floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a Californian King bed, a private bathroom, and outdoor patio access. Additionally, there's a guest room with a queen bed and a bathroom, along with a spacious living room area, dining area, kitchen, 2 offices, powder room and the laundry room.
The 2nd floor boasts a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with bunk bed with 2 full mattresses, 1 full bathroom and loft area with a couch, ping pong table, TV. Stay active with our sports bike and yoga mats provided.
The home features 5 bedrooms.

Outside, enjoy our heated pool to a perfect 84 degrees in winter, BBQ area, outdoor seating space, and dining table for 8 persons.

• Flat Screen Smart TV with App capability throughout (4 TV total).
• High Speed Wi-Fi
• Fully equipped kitchens with pots/pans, baking sheets, utensils, bowls, etc.
• Mr. Coffee maker and starter kit of sugar and coffee.
• Complimentary shampoo, conditioner & soap
• Full size washer & dryer with starter pack of laundry soap
• Starter set of dishwasher pods & garbage bags
• Additional bedding and towels available for the guests use.
Outdoor Living:
• Flat Screen Smart TV with App capability
• Beach chairs, beach towels & umbrella
• BBQ grill & utensils *propane is maintained by guests
• Outdoor dining & comfortable seating area
• Outdoor double sunbed with curtains for the best vacation pictures (guests are in charge for setting up the bed)
• 4 Lounge chairs for sunning on the pool deck
• Heated pool to a perfect 84 degrees in winter
• 1 space in the garage and 2 spaces on the driveway.
HOUSE RULES:
• PARKING: We can accommodate for up to 3 cars. 1 in the garage and 2 in our driveway. RV's and large utility vehicles are not permitted. Parking on the street is not allowed.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to a severe family allergy, we cannot accommodate service animals or pets. While we understand the inconvenience, we must prioritize the health of our loved ones. Guests with animals will be asked to leave with no refund, as our VRBO listing has an allergy exemption. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $500 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. We apologize for any disruption this may cause.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $100 starting at 12 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time (UNLESS IT WAS DISCUSSED PRIOR). Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.' If you're visiting with young children please take necessary precautions and don't leave the kids without supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and well-being at all times: inside the house, outside the house, swimming pool, patio and surrounding areas.
•POOL CABANA: Please note that setting up the Cabana is the responsibility of the guests.
•POOL TEMPERATURE: We aim for a comfortable pool experience. We typically heat the pool to 85°. Please remember that pool temperature is subjective and difficult to maintain during cold weather below 60°.
We cannot guarantee specific water temperatures in colder months. Refunds will not be issued for temperature variations or inability to maintain heat due to weather. Thank you for your understanding.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: PLEASE NOTE our prices are based on the guests count.
Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. If more people are staying and your reservation states otherwise, you will incur an additional fee of 100$ per person per night, so please be truthful.
• ELECTRONIC LOCK CHECK-IN. We require a picture of a photo ID upon booking to ensure our door code is going to the person who booked the reservation.
• BBQ GRILL: Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $200 being applied.
• PROPANE: Guests are in charge of maintaining propane for the grill.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- SPACE: Guests have an access to the whole house, exept of all of the locked closets: masterbedroom closet, kitchen pantry, closet under the stairs, powder room closet, 1 closet next to the full bathroom 1st floor.
- LANDSCAPER: A landscaper come by every week on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
- POOL CLEANER: A pool cleaner comes every once a week to maintain the pool, whether guests in the house or not, It is essential. They will not be accessing the home.
- GARBAGE SERVICE: Our pool cleaner take garbage bins from the garage on Tuesdays and putting them back on Wednesdays. He will have an access to the garage.
• LIABILITY
Prestige Choice Property Management cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Prestige Choice Property Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning. Although, we will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during the rental period.
