We were disappointed with our stay in Room 305. The room smelled like mildew to the point where we bought a plug in. There was water damage in the kitchen, with a huge warp in the flooring. It was nice to have a washer/dryer, however, the dryer did not work. The coffee pot did not work- when it was plugged in it would start percolating but none of the buttons worked. The deck was spacious, but the door to the deck was warped and difficult to lock. Even when locked, there was a visible space, which probably contributed to the cockroaches we found. The master shower was not usable- there was a dirty pipe dripping rusty water into the tub. Apparently all the units have this for the A/C. The alternative shower was small with a flimsy shower curtain. Each time you opened the curtain, it would fall off the hooks. There was a question stain on the sofa bed (blood?) and on a spare blanket. There were no dish towels or potholders. There was also no can opener. The resort pool was extremely cloudy- we couldn’t see diving toys. Aesthetically- there was a ton of mismatched artwork throughout the condo. A mixture of beach, Oriental, German, kid art. It was just odd. Positives:Spacious deckNice walk to boardwalkOutdoor showers workingBeach toy station by boardwalk Several hidden trash receptacles Quick response to come look at dryer and flush shower pipe. Overall, I didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Thankfully, the PA beach is lovely and worth the stay.
