Super cute studio apartment!The location was perfect for our weekend trip. Easy parking situation, walkable places of interest, and a short drive to other places of interest within Jeffersonville and Louisville. The host was very easy to communicate with and highly recommend them and their property for booking!

The studio was quite lovely. The decorations & placing of the furniture just flowed. Very welcoming and cozy and yet at the same time you felt a bit like royalty with the small dashes of gold & marble here & there. I did notice the “fireplace” behind the loveseat. Wished there was a way to incorporate that into the decorating…but still looked good. Bed was very comfortable. Had a restful nights sleep. Kitchen is small, but didn’t mind since we went out on the town exploring different restaurants. Was close to where we needed to be, Louisville. Overall was a very pleasant stay and the owner was great when we had a bit of mix up finding the place.

Next to the living room. Where you’ll end up getting a good nights rest.

Kitchen well stocked with needed appliances. Decor very pleasant. shower small. portable shower head would have been helpful.

Big and Beautiful

The second floor apartment is located on a nice street with many shops and eating places. I was able to park my car right in front of the door throughout my 5-day stay. It was an easy five-minute drive to the convention center in downtown Louisville, just across the beautiful Ohio River, where I was attending a convention. I was wowed upon entering by the wonderful wood floors, 14-foor ceiling, new appliances and furniture (excellent Queen size bed and sheets, etc.), excellent kitchen, with new dishes, glasses, flatware, etc. It was quiet at night and during the day. Although there were pedestrians and cars passing by, the street wasn't crowded. All these qualities reflected the host couple's caring hospitality, a fact that I understood from my first minutes there, as my laptop had a problem getting on a wifi network and Nicole and Elgin both came over within minutes to help with that. They knew a lot more than I do about the technology and knocked themselves out to get a connection, but the problem clearly was with my laptop. I was able to manage OK with my cell phone connection (and my Kindle connection). Their efforts made me feel very cared for, as did all the little touches of affection and enthusiasm they have lavished on the apartment, including really beautiful decor! I can't say enough about how nice that all felt! Steve
