Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay! I'm delighted to hear that you found our rental company's service to be "absolutely amazing" - our team works hard to be responsive and helpful, and we truly appreciate that recognition. It sounds like you particularly enjoyed the outdoor entertainment areas - the under-deck space with the bar, games, ice maker, and TV seems to have been a highlight for your group. The alfresco dining option is definitely a favorite feature among many of our guests! Thank you for your honest feedback about some aspects that didn't quite meet your expectations. Regarding the pool size and the view of the boat storage yard, these are helpful insights. We're always looking for ways to improve guest experience, so your suggestions about adding taller palms or privacy fencing on the upper deck are valuable considerations for future enhancements. I understand your comments about the bed firmness and thermostat settings. Different guests certainly have different comfort preferences, and we appreciate you letting us know what would have made your stay even better. We're pleased that you found the home clean, quiet, and that you enjoyed the en-suite bathrooms and kitchen amenities. These are all elements we strive to maintain at a high standard. Thank you again for choosing our property for your vacation. Your feedback helps us continue to improve, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back for another Keys getaway in the future!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to host you again.
