Sunset Serenity On The Cliffs!

Located just steps from the Water at Sunset Cliffs sits this beautifully remodeled, two story, three bedroom three bathroom, 2330 sqft home with stunning ocean and sunset views!

The Space:
After a day at the Cliffs, kick back and enjoy the sunset while having dinner at the dining room table or a glass of wine on the balcony! Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by elegant artwork and decor at the top of the steps. The spacious living room on the left side is equipped for all of your entertainment needs, including a TV with Apple TV. Just off the front of the living room is the balcony with expansive ocean views. The balcony has a grill and seating for all your grilling and sunset viewing needs. The dining room is located to the right of the staircase, which can comfortably seat eight guests to have dinner or socialize with ocean views in the background.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen is next to the dining room and equipped with a baker's oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The stovetop is inserted into the island on the kitchen's eastern side, allowing guests to entertain or socialize while sitting at the island or in the attached sitting room. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking meals. Down the hallway will be the first full bathroom next to a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Across the hall is the laundry room, ready for use. At the end of the hall is another queen-sized bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom is just off the living room and has a king-size bed, a desk for work meetings, and a full ensuite bathroom. The home also has a queen-size air mattress that can be utilized in the shared spaces. The home has all the linens, baths, and beach towels ready for your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and garage.

The Neighborhood:
Sunset Cliffs is an affluent coastal community in the Point Loma community of San Diego. It is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, Ocean Beach on the north, Catalina Blvd. and Santa Barbara St. on the east, and Sunset Cliffs Natural Park on the south. The area is named for the sheer cliffs which border the ocean. There are surfing spots below the cliffs. The cliffside trails are popular for walking and for watching the sunset.

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car

Other Things to Note:
This house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. Pets are not allowed. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
