Beautiful place, beautiful property! This was our first time out west, being from Georgia, and it was the perfect place for our family of 3. The porch looks out onto a large green yard and a beautiful, clear pond. We saw deer every morning and evening. The front of the property looks out onto a large pasture with the mountains in the background. The inside is decorated like a perfect mountain/fishing cabin. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed for fixing meals and we also grilled steaks on the porch one night. Loved having a washer/dryer since we packed light. We really felt right at home. We were minutes away from streams and rivers and just under 2 hours from Yellowstone. The hosts were super nice and very responsive answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to go to Montana again!

Absolutely best place to stay in Sheridan Montana

The property is absolutely gorgeous. With plenty of outside dinning a BBQ equipment. And plenty of beautiful lawn to play on. Including Crockett. Inside is a rustic them that is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. With plenty of sitting room for the family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs and a great family table to eat at. There is a microwave, frig, coffee maker , oven and a washer and dryer.The two separate rooms are very clean and comfortableThe bathroom has a shower and a tub and is well stocked with towels. There is a TV and a VCR also Wi-FiOur family stayed there and there was enough room to conformably have guests over as well.The cleanliness of this place is incredible. And the hosts have thought of everything to help make your stay 5 stars.There is even a pond on the property you can try and fish in or just sit around bye.The views of the Sheridan hills are absolutely beautiful as well. If you are wanting somewhere to feel like home and fully relax. Then this is the place !!!! .

We had an awsome time. My 4 sons and i pick a location each summer to meet and fly fish . This place was perfect location to several rivers and the accomodations were perfect as well. Had everything we needed along with a quiet relaxing home in the evening

The apartment is well appointed and has everything that I need to prepare meals. The owners are delightful and full of all kinds of information about the Ruby Valley.

Loved the place we stayed in. Very clean. Beautiful... Close to town but country setting.Only thing i can suggest is it needs another bathroom. 1 bathroom was a little difficult to maneuver with a family of 4....

Clean, decorated and furnished perfectly and perfect size for the 4 of us; large yard to play soccer and toss the football; tetherball, large private pond with brook trout and baby geese that flows into a stream that flows into a roaring creek; Big Sky View; covered patio; backroads great for dirt biking; fire pit; close to town and 20 minutes from Virginia City. A Very Special Place that is comfortable and entertaining!

Beautiful place

Dave and Linda are super nice people. Our plans changed and we arrived a day early. They were ready for us and allowed us to check in early. The place is really peaceful and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife at the neighbors

Wonderful accommodations

Quiet and inviting location along Mill Creek with a wonderful porch to drink your morning coffee. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed.

My husband and I stayed here while attending a weekend wedding. Our adult children joined us when a freak windstorm tore down their tent accommodations. The rental is so well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies that it easily accommodated a few extra adults. The rental is spacious and very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Home Away from Home

A lovely home and setting. We always enjoy the lovely green meadow leading down to the pond with trout The interior is so comfortable especially when we have family over. Can’t wait until next year!

Wonderful Place

The house is spacious and very comfortable. The outside area is beautifully maintained and it has wonderful views. Linda and Dave were available for anything we needed and we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place with a pond and a stream

The house is very clean and neat (it's the lower level), with everything we needed. There's fish in the pond (they wouldn't take our bait but we saw them jumping out of the water every evening), there's a beautiful stream, and there's ample space outside for kids to run. The Lewis & Clark caverns are 1 hour away, and there are beautiful mountain roads all around. Would love to come again!

Amazing place and very gracious hosts. Immaculate property.

Very pretty place with great hosts . Just a quick heads up when you arrive: The house has been painted and the location for the rental is under the main house with entrance to the right below. It does not quite look like the picture when you arrive . Definitely a five star place to stay with a gorgeous setting. If you come in mid June , the trout stream on property is not very fishable due to run off .

Annual Montana Fishing weekend

We have stayed at this property for 5 seasons. It is always perfect in every way It is a perfect setting for us as it is central to our favorite fishing rivers. We plan to return almost as soon as we leave.

Wonderful week in Montana

Linda and Dave's place was wonderful. We escaped Houston's brutal August heat and we thrilled with the cool mornings and evenings. Sally did her morning yoga stretches by the pond while I fished for brook trout there. There were plenty of fun options, fishing, rafting, hiking in the region. 5 stars all around.

Beautiful Apartment in the lower half of a home

This two-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and sits on a pretty, large yard with a pond. Our only comment is that we did not realize that our hosts lived above the property. If you are up and out by 7:30, you will most likely not be aware of noise upstairs. You may be sharing the lawn and pond with their grandchildren. Our hosts were very responsive to all communication.

Best of the Sheridan area

We had such a peaceful time staying here. The accommodations were top notch: clean, well-decorated, spacious, lots of Montana/ local area books, tons of board games. Best of all was the private 10 acres with a pond, creek access and awesome views from all corners of the property. Close to the town of Sheridan and all it has to offer. Linda was very responsive to our small questions about fishing spots or other items. We will stay here again.
