As we received your payment at the last minute after having sent you emails and called you many times, we started the maintenance work at the property such as painting, pool repair work, road work etc. My concierge made it possible to clean up everything as much as they could so that you could stay. I am happy that you thought it was good yet it was difficult to make it brilliant because of the maintenance work that was abruptly interrupted. Also, I heard that it was raining quite a lot. Wow! We live in a new era where people will do anything to get a big discount. We did not give them a discount but an extra bedroom and the grande salle of 140 meters. And they did not use it. Money was the issue. After having harassed Rhino and I during the entire stay and coming up with fake news and stories, I could not recommend this group to anyone, and I think that is why they are reacting this way. NO special sound equipment is around, as I told them that no loud parties are allowed on the premises due to communal restrictions. They let 3 additional guests inside the house. We did not charge them . The estate has 2 different accesses. Because of the torrential rains the steep road got affected, the other one leading to many other homes stayed intact. Indeed one mansard room has a curtain so that the kids would feel closer to their parents. Boars show up once in a while but do not poop! They just make holes in the grass. The house is perfectly clean and in good condition. Rhino told them to keep the doors closed so that no creatures could enter. But they left everything wide open, and they used all the beds of all the rooms, making us clean additional linnens . They contacted me many times threatening me hoping that they would get a reduction, yet we graciously offered them more space. rooms. We never had a problem like that in fifteen years . How can honorable landlords protect them from fake reviews and negative people. Maybe better screening of potential tenants should be introduced, as the times have changed and we put our personal home at risk. This is a big issue!

Un grand bonjour, je suis très heureux que vous ayez eu un agréable séjour ! Cependant, ce qui m'a surpris, c'est le peu de salles de bain. La maison mère a 8 WC, 4 baignoires, 5 douches , 10 lavabos et des douchettes bidet a chaque WC. L'aile droite qui peut être aussi louée en supplément a deux wc's deux douches et 2 lavabos, Vu que vous étiez 22 personnes, je comprends le besoin de salles de bain, mais la maison, a 9 chambres à coucher pour 7 salles de bains WC invites sans inclure l'aile droite. Aussi 5 chambres sont des suites donc les salles de bains sont en accès direct avec la chambre ! Cependant, le descriptif d'écrit chaque chambre et salle de bain dans la maison. Le seul conseil que je puisse vous donner c'est de louer l'aile droite qui vous donnera accès à des douches supplémentaires, deux WC en plus et deux lavabos en plus. Mais ce fut un grand plaisir de vous avoir et toute votre charmante famille auprès de nous pour la deuxième fois. Nous espérons tous de vous revoir très prochainement .
