This is a beautifully decorated, spacious condo with a large balcony. The view of the beach club and ocean was the best! Having an en suite bathroom with each bedroom was a huge convenience for our family. We will definitely be checking if this unit is available for our next family trip!

Overall, the stat was perfect for our family. The kids loved the easy access of the pool and beach. The unit itself was great as well. There is most of what you would like to see as far as kitchen appliances, except for a counter oven/air fryer combo device. That addition would be helpful for cooking/heating up small quantities rather than using the larger oven. We did not realize the unit has an ice machine as well! Very handy packing coolers for the beach/pool.

We've been coming to Litchfield by the Sea for over two decades and while all units have been nice, this was the nicest! This end unit with the windows and all the natural light is great. We had a great stay!

Everything was fabulous except communication was difficult and confusing. I went on the VRBO site thinking I was renting from an owner who I could easily contact before and during our stay as it has been for the past 4 years. Since I actually rented from Brittian Resorts who own the Litchfield Beach and Golf Plantation, prior to the trip, communication was difficult. Checking in was unlike any of our previous check-ins where everything, including all payments were complete before hand, it took an hour to check-in. Our place was stellar, however, and all 4 of us ladies agree would all go back again.

Great communication, the unit had great natural light, a beautiful view, and a perfect living space for a group to hang out. One of our beds did not have sheets when we arrived and guest services came super fast to fix it! Great location and beach access. We booked this unit because we wanted access to the indoor pool for the kids and the pool heater was broken - it was also broken last year when we stayed in November, so starting to think it doesn’t work in winter. The king bedroom suite has a beautiful bathroom, but the guest bathroom showers are dated and the kids shower has very little water pressure. The queen bedroom bed was not as comfortable as the rest of the beds and furniture. OVERALL - beautiful unit, would stay again!

The condo was immaculate. We had a lovely stay. The only issue we had was in the main bedroom, the bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Perhaps a deeper pocket sheet would work better. Overall, we loved the condo.

We have stayed in this condo before (though not through VRBO), and overall we had a good experience. The location is excellent, and the condo is well suited for a beach stay.There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that could use attention, including a non-functioning water dispenser, some cleanliness concerns upon arrival, and window shades in the primary bedroom that do not fully block the morning sunlight. Some guests may enjoy waking up with the sunrise, but if you’re hoping to sleep in on vacation, it’s something to be aware of.The host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which we appreciated. We also noticed some wear and tear compared to our visit a couple of years ago. Given the rental price, we feel a few updates and repairs would help the property better match expectations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the condo for its location and amenities.
