March 2025 stay

This house was amazing! Very clean, organized and perfect location and views were amazing.. The title says fenced in yard and its not fenced in.. it does have a gate at top of stairs to fence in deck -which was awesome with kids and dog. Perfect multiple familys.

This house is perfect for multiple families. Plenty of room with bathrooms for every bedroom. Located close to the beach. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful and relaxed

The process to rent the house was easy and fast. The house was very clean and big enough for the entire family. Didn't care too much for the check in and check out time.

The beachhouse is in a wonderful location. We got in the house and was getting settled in and we noticed dust bunnies in the corners of the house and we had ro rewash some of the dishes before we could use them. Perfect weekend getaway!

We have stayed at this house several times and have enjoyed it each and every time! It's walking distance to the beach, the house is beautiful and the area is clean! We will continue to book when we come to Crystal Beach!

Nice by the beach!

Our family spent hours trying to find the right place for our Christmas vacation and this fit us perfectly. The property is pretty new with many amenities. It provides options for sleeping and enough room to accommodate 3 families. Plenty of parking and a great outdoor area. It is close enough to walk to the beach and has an outdoor shower and foot washer. We will definitely look at this again next time we are in the area.

Great location

Overall this was a great stay! The house is super close to the beach and has everything you need for a big family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property management was very quick to respond to any issues or questions. Checking is was a breeze. All that being said I do have a few negatives, the lift for luggage etc. was not accessible and looks as though maybe it is broken. While there is a sign that says no smoking the house really smells like cigarettes and was unpleasant. There are also no extra blankets and what is on the beds is very thin. Again overall it was good but there is potential to take this home from a 7 to a 10+ very easily.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a ball! There was plenty of room and everyone was able to find their own quiet spot. Access to the beach was right down the street. The kids couldn't wait to walk down there each day. The sound of the water at night was so relaxing and the breeze off the water was perfect in thehot sun. We will definitely keep this house on our list. The owners were very accommodating and responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Just a quick walk to the beach, and conveniently located.

Our entire family stayed in this home together, for our annual vacation. More than enough room for everyone to sleep. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Booking process was seamless, and the Property Team was very attentive. Just a couple of simple items that may need to be addressed; living room ceiling fan had trouble turning on, and the coffee pot seemed to be on it's last leg. Other than that, this place was absolutely amazing, and will definitely book our family vacation there again!

For Myself - BUT too good not to share!

This property was amazing! I was hesitant to write such a glowing review because I want to keep this gem to myself! The home is so spacious and clean! It was decorated so beautifully also. The proximity to the beach was awesome - perfect for quick walks on the beach and an evening beach party! We had such a great time with our adult sons and their friends - everyone had their own space and bathrooms. We were able to all come together in the kitchen & family room to gather. And at the end of the day we all relaxed in our own spaces on the decks. We will definitely be staying here a few times per year again! Thank you for the memories!

Twin Palms

Property was very clean & close to the beach. Home was beautiful and had most of the amenities we needed. My only complaints are that it smelled like smoke when you first walked in and we were not able to access the downstairs closet area with the beach toys. The top floor also got very warm at night and we had issues working the fan upstairs and the fan downstairs. Other than that, we were extremely pleased and will likely book this house again. Great experience and one of the best trips we've had at Crystal Beach. Beautiful home.

Amazing Getaway

Our stay was amazing, the property and those around it are very well kept! Did I mention the showers are phenomenal. Was nicely stocked with essentials which was very nice, even though I'm in the habit of packing our own! The layout allows for separate areas for the most part! Management was very responsive prior to and throughout our stay! There is very little to complain about, we felt that the cleaning fee was a bit high considering you are responsible for completely cleaning out the grill, starting laundry, removing the linens from beds, as well as dishes before checking out. It is nice to have so many things provided, however we felt it should be itemized to reflect that you are paying for the use of these items rather than a cleaning fee. We will without a doubt choose this property again if available on our next visit!

Beautiful house walking distance to beach

This house had tons of room. The kids loved the bunk room. Other than the bugs bc of the rain it was perfect. The owners immediately responded to my text about the bug problem and offered to send someone over to spray. We had 2 little kids so we figured dealing with bugs( 3 roaches, and ants) was better than having chemicals sprayed. Kitchen did not have alot of plastic cups stuff like that, but had plenty of glass cups, and glass plates. There was only 3 tablets to run dishwasher so we had to go buy our own because we cooked at the house all 4 nights we were there. Downstairs needs more lighting to see to hangout at night kind of dark around bar area. Every room had tv which was really nice. Main tv had direct TV and rodoku which had Netflix which my kids loved. Ever other tv had direct tv. Since it rained everyday we was there there is limited spaces you can go outside bc of the decking above leaking water below. If the house was above you it was fine there but anywhere there was porch decking leaked water. So you couldn't walk out the main door with out getting rained on. The house was a good experience would definitely go back.

Beautiful & Clean

Lovely cottage. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. We like to do our groc shopping at home (Houston-burbs). But the Big Store has everything you need. On our way to Bolivar, we stopped in Galveston at our favorite fresh fish market to stock up on jumbo shrimp and red snapper. (Last fall they had the best oysters n sea bass.) We cooked a big seafood dinner every evening. Enjoyed family style meals at the large dinning table with ocean views. Clean, comfortable and inviting beds. Clean bathrooms. We needed four bedrooms and it was the perfect size. Two Couples and one adult single; each had an on-suite. My 7 yr old grandson LOVED the bunk room. The half bath on the first floor was a bonus. We knew July would be a busy time on the beach so we wanted a ways back. Twin Palms was the perfect choice. We could still see the water without the noise and traffic of beach partiers. We rented a golf cart so going back and forth from cottage to beach was not a problem. (We also enjoyed drives up n down the beach.) I was also impressed by how clean the beach was. Crews up and down the dunes picking up trash. We were there from July 8-11. Two full days with an easy-up and picnics on the beach was perfect. No serious sun burns. We even found some beautiful conch shells. The outside (cottage) shower is a refreshing must. We were able to wash off most of the sand n grit before going inside for a shower and change. The cottage is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our two Chihuahuas. Check out is at 10 am. On our last morning there, we had time to golf cart a few streets over to the donut shop for coffee, muffins and bagels with cream cheese. We will be back this fall to stay in one of their beachfront cottages, Breezy Point. We will always rent from the ladies at Ocean Property Corp. Their cottages are the best. Thank you ladies, for another memorable experience. Our only complaint is the ferry wait. Apparently, locals have a pass and us visitors have to let them go first. On our ferry over, we had to wait over an hour. On our way back the ferry line was twice as long. We had hoped to pick up more fresh seafood on our way home. But weren’t willing to wait for what appeared to be over an hour. So we turned around and went the long way home. If Galveston wants to encourage visitors to Bolivar, they really need to do do something about their privileged ferry system. Are they trying to discourage tourism?

Great House

The house was nice and clean and came fully stocked with everything you need. It had a nice modern coastal theme, The bedroom set up was very nice with plenty of sleeping accommodations for multiple guest. Wife is very picky when it comes to hotel stays or rentals, mainly for cleanliness. She loved this house. It was only a couple minute walk to the beach or less than 30 seconds on the golf cart. We try to come to crystal beach once a year or so and this was one of the better houses we’ve rented. Will definitely try to book it again next time.

Great place

We absolutely loved staying at this house! The rental agents for this property were super friendly and we’re always checking to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is a block from the beach, and had great sunrise and sunset views. The house has every you could possibly need and more. Will definitely book here again.
