We had a great stay and absolutely loved the house! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our family, and the house was beautiful and comfortable. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected, especially with all of our beach gear, but very manageable. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We had 11 people staying and this house provided space and excellent accommodations for a large group! House was super clean! Trish was always quick to respond. My family and I LOVED our stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. The beach and pool were perfect. (The sand gets extremely hot so I suggest bringing water shoes for the walk to and from the beach.)The house is so spacious and comfortable, plenty of seating for large families like mine. The kitchen was great and so convenient, had everything you would need. The week went by extremely fast, I wish we stayed longer. A special thanks to our host, we had a great time!

This place was nice! We enjoyed the pool, the desolate beach, the extra icemaker, the upstairs area for puzzles, and the fish cleaning table.

Great Salvo stay

Great open space, roomy layout. Outdoor space is fantastic with a spacious pool and fire pit area. Nice deck furniture and pool furniture as well as ocean and pool accessories.

It was a beautiful home and very well-appointed. There was plenty of space for both families to spend time together and find a quiet space of their own. The pool and fire-pit were fantastic. The community and beach were tranquil, and we loved taking long walks up and down the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay! The beach was so close and there were lovely views especially from the top floor. We really appreciated that there was beach equipment/activities at the house that we could use. The pool was lovely when we got tired of the beach. We enjoyed snores on the solo stove. Trish was a wonderful host.

Perfect vacation spot! The home was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. The beach felt like you were on your own private oasis. The pool was perfect for hanging out after the kids got tired of the waves. The host was incredibly helpful with all of our questions and responded very quickly! Overall everything was perfect and would definitely return!!!

Beautiful Property

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. When we arrived there was a very nice welcome basket. Where the house is located is very peaceful. There is a small one minute walk to the beach through the marsh, but it has a trail.

Great Time!

We really enjoyed the house! The pool was fun and the beach access was convenient. Lots of pool and beach toys available. Kitchen had all the things we needed to feed our family of 9. Lots of space to hang out together. The grill was great for lunch by the pool. We enjoyed the view in the decks with our coffee in the morning.

Fantastic week at OBX. Convenient beach home to do activities with the kids (water park, charter fishing, aquarium) but quiet, relaxing location when you wanted downtime. We had kids ages 2-14 and there was plenty of room to “get away” and have your own space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and the homeowners provided chairs and beach items when you were not relaxing in the pool. We loved sitting on the porch for breakfast and fishing at night on the beach. Would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Family vacation

We all had a wonderful experience with the house, pool, and easy access to the beach! Everything was fully stocked in kitchen. If you need a crockpot bring one its the only thing that wasn't there which was no problem we did..nice shopping and a few restaurants but very quiet neighborhood which was nice. We would return in a heartbeat!! Host answered us quickly and was wonderful and helpful

Great house for cooks and kids!

The house was great, the host was awesome and very responsive. The pool, decks and kitchen all met expectations and then some. Views are beautiful. However I felt like 12 people in our group were a stretch, just short a bed. That is assuming you are sleeping at least 3 kids in the bunk. Bring more towels! But everything was great and well stocked, very clean.

The house is nicely laid out. The communication with the host is outstanding. We had a power outage and it messed up the internet. She told us what we had to do to get it back and it worked. We also decided to leave early two days early due to heavy rain and a storm moving in and Trish offered us a future discount because of it. Great house and nice house.

Amazing Family Getaway

I booked this house as a surprise for my dad’s 60th birthday. The group was 6 adults and a 1 and 3 year old. The house was absolutely perfect for us. The beach was basically just us, it felt so peaceful. The house itself had a perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms and was perfectly laid out. The house was supplied with SO many cups, plates, silverware, etc. we cooked every meal at the house as well, whether in the kitchen or on the grill provided. The path to the beach is a path that takes 5 min walk but that’s because of the protected dunes. We would absolutely stay again (and probably will in the future)

We enjoyed every minute here. It is an amazing beach house! Our family with kids and grandkids had plenty of room to spread out and to have just tons of fun. The pool was wonderful along with all the toys and wagons to take to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to eat in most of the time. I would recommend this property to anyone, and would love to stay here again.
