This nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus den features is conveniently located next to all of the amenities offered in Barrington Club including a Clubhouse with kitchen, outdoor barbeque grills, bathrooms, a large heated pool and hot tub. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with comfortable linens, matching dresser and nightstands, flat-screen Smart TV, large walk-in closet with built-in shelves, and a private bath area with a shower and linen closet. Enjoy the sound of the water feature from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with comfortable linens, matching nightstands, closet, and Smart TV. The guest bedroom shares a hall bath with a combination tub/shower. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were freshly painted in 2024, and new ceiling fans were installed in the bedrooms. The Den has a comfortable sofa to sit and read as well as a desk for remote work. The living room has a new sofa and chair, flat-screen Smart TV, coffee table with lanai overlooking the water feature and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and eating needs including new dishwasher and Keurig Coffee Maker.
