Outside, soak up the good times in our outdoor swimming pool (Available Summer-Only) or unwind in the hot tub, available year-round. The backyard deck is your spot to chill, furnished for relaxation.

To keep your pool blue and your grass green regular maintenance is required. Consequently, you may occasionally notice the presence of a landscaper, a pool technician, or maintenance personnel around the property. Typically, their visits are brief, lasting between 10 to 45 minutes, but in the event of an issue, they may require several hours to address it. Please note that they service the outdoor areas only and will never enter the home.

To help assure all local ordinances are followed as required by our business license in preventing unlawful large parties, events and other disturbances, we highlight the following rules: large parties, large gatherings (larger than our max allowed) and other disturbances is not allowed.

As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.

NO fireworks of any kind. Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on and around the property at any time
NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind. The use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music should be kept indoors or at low volume outdoor and should not disturb the neighbors. No loud music past 10:00 PM.
NO more than 6 vehicles allowed on the driveway. Due to the city ordinances, only a limited number of vehicles are allowed.
NO disturbances around the neighborhood.

Please update your guest count for Insurance purposes; Additional fees may apply.

For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and driveway only, covering the outside premises.

At no time is there a lifeguard on duty. You (the guests) are responsible for the safe operation of the hot tub and/or pool during your stay. Use of hot tub and/or pool during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

*The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the hot tub and/or pool.
*The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the hot tub and/or pool and.
*The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.
*The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the hot tub and/or pool area.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
