House was clean and well-maintained. Quick drive to the beach with street or lot parking once you’re there. The kids can’t wait to come back next year!

The stay was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for wrestling at the sports center and the location was top notch. Being so close to the venue and the creative district was a huge plus. The house was spacious and accommodated our group well.

A perfectly spacious VRBO in a great location near so many attractions in VB. Sandi was a terrific, attentive host & very accommodating for our 2 night stay. We loved the easy parking & check-in/out instructions, & the VRBO itself is well maintained for a comfortable stay. Very cute backyard & nice decor touches throughout the house. It was just a landing pad for us during a busy wedding weekend, but we wish we would have had more time to enjoy the VRBO itself! The kitchen would also be perfect for preparing meals. We would love to stay here again someday!

Highly recommend this property for your stay! We had a great experience. Quiet neighborhood, house was super clean, beds were SO comfortable, and host was super easy to communicate with. It is a drive to the beach but there is plenty of parking so no big deal. House and yard were the perfect size for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs.

House was pretty much as listed. It was spacious and very clean. It is a row house so there neighbors on both sides. Not for the elderly or those with knee problems as the stairs to upstairs are pretty steep. The host were very quick to respond to my questions.Yes, I would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the washer was broken, but they told us a day prior. And there was a small hiccup at the end with the checkout time being moved up 1 hour. But we adjusted and those weren’t big things. All in all this is a great place to stay.

Thank you for your thoughtful review—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and found the home to be a great place to stay. We do appreciate your understanding regarding the washing machine, and we apologize again for that inconvenience. I also wanted to clarify that our checkout time is 10:00 AM, as noted in the listing and in the check-out instructions provided prior to departure. We understand there may have been some confusion when your group attempted to checkout at 11:00 AM and are always happy to help clarify timing during a guest’s stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back in the future!

Great location near the beach!

We had a great stay for what we needed. The house was clean, walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops near the beach. There was a fenced backyard for our dogs to enjoy. The jets are quite loud into the later hours of the evening but it did not bother us at all. Great stay overall!
