Private cove has minimal boat traffic aside from our neighbors and the occasional bass fishermen who know where to land the big ones - in our cove! Oversized covered back deck is perfect for dinner al fresco or morning coffee. Spacious heavily treed yard is a slice of shaded paradise with 180 degrees of waterfront; quiet cove perfect for swimming on the West side and water views and open lake access on the East side. NOTE - available for our boating guests…..Heavy duty / large mooring whips attached to our private dock make it the perfect spot for guests who want to bring their own fishing or recreational boat (28’ capacity). Recreational / ski boats/pontoons/jet skis all available for hourly or daily/weekly rental at Lone Star Marina (7.5 mile/10 minute drive from the Lakehouse and an 8-12 minute boat ride to our home via water).
