The beach view was amazing. The house is adorable. Megan was great. I would stay there again. The only thing I can say negative, the proximity to town was a little further than I would have liked? but other then that it was perfect.

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We are located in one of the closest complexes to the airport and Kahului which we refer to as “town.” We’re just about 20 minutes away from Kahului. In Kihei, we’re about 5 minutes from the grocery stores and some popular restaurants. As you continue South, down to Wailea, we’re about 10-15 minutes away from more restaurants and shopping. Generally, we’re pretty centrally located for the most part.

Such a great spot and view. Quiet area. Beach just few steps away. Place was so nice. Beds were comfy. Beach towels and chairs were nice to have Basically had what we needed, lots of extra towels. Megan was very responsive to all our messages. We had to move dates a couple days later and she was helpful with that as well with no issue. Loved this place

Lovely rental in Kihei

Rental was right on the water, with excellent views of sunset each night. Clean and spacious. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo!!

What a beautiful condo!! My parents, husband, and I stayed for 2 weeks. It had everything we needed and so much more. It was a fantastic location, on budget, and had was beautifully finished. We really appreciated the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and robot vacuum so we could keep everything clean and fresh during our stay.

Incredible view

I wish there were more word to use about this amazing condo Watched many whales from the kitchen window. It was quiet enough to hear the waves from the ocean. Easy access to the beach with chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella provided.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This place is just something else! Wherever you look, you see the ocean through the windows or the mirror covering the living room wall. The place is freshly renovated, super clean, has all the little details and is perfectly located. The sun sets on the ocean just across the street, too.

Sweet retreat steps from the beach!

Exactly as described. So clean. Even cuter inside than photos show. Very well stocked. We rent often and have high expectations. This rental exceeded them. Great pool / hot tub as well. It is obvious the entire property of complex is well loved and cared for. Location is awesome!! Great communication.

The views is everything

The owner Megan is a wonderful host. She answered your questions very promptly. I was very impressed that when we arrived, she was there to greet us shortly there after. She has carefully curated everything that a person would need her condo as well thought out.The bedrooms are very calming and the beds are very comfortable and the WiFi was very fast.My friend just wished that there was a tv in her room.This was a perfect stay and I would definitely return again.Thank you Megan for the wonderful stay.

We had a terrific stay at this condo. Megan was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions we had. The property and amenities were as described by the listing and photos. It was a good value for the price. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay, and the new appliances worked great. We used the chilled tap water dispenser in the refrigerator along with the ice in the freezer throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable (bedding seemed new), the shower was nice, and the washer / dryer worked good. The beach towels seemed new, and there were plenty of them. The 4 Tommy Bahama chairs were fantastic to use for the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean and a nice place to relax. The property grounds were well maintained and had beautiful flowers all around. The view of the bay from the dining table and lanai got a lot of use. There was a pair of binoculars available, but we brought our own more powerful pair. Every day, we saw a lot of whales which never gets old for us. We also watched kite surfers, electric hydrofoil surfers, and paddle boarders along with teams of people on outrigger canoes. Right across the street is a nice walking beach. The street is pretty busy and does present some noise, but we could hear the waves from the lanai during quiet times. We love Maui so much - thank you, Megan, for sharing your place with us! Would recommend this property for the value, cleanliness, and new renovations.

Sugar Beach utopia

We very much enjoyed our stay in your unit. The unit was lovely, nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with tools needed to prepare meals from sharp knives and cutting boards to measuring cups and spoons, a plethora of cooking utensils and bowls to name a few. And plates, glasses and cutlery. We lacked for nothing when it came to having what we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals. The bathroom had plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as towels. The unit had an ironing board and iron as well as a washer and dryer with soap. It all made the stay so easy. The view of the sunset every day was spectacular, and we took full advantage of the pool, which was well maintained and super clean. It was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. And lovely access to Sugar Beach, just a stroll across the road and you are there. We highly recommend this unit.

IT WAS AMAZING!!

This place was phenomenal! The views were absolutely amazing and peaceful. Megan was super helpful and dealt with any situation that may have arose, professionally:) To start, the kitchen and living room were amazing! The tall ceilings gave it a cozy yet modern vibe! The fridge was nice, as it had a water dispenser on the inside. The freezer made ice quickly. The dishwasher and microwave also worked very well! The oven was pretty, but we didn’t use it so I cannot comment on the functionality of it:) the couch was comfy and the tv worked well. The outside patio was spectacular! The only thing I wish it had was more seating. In the tote, we’re 4 beach chairs, a boogie board, some lawn chairs, and more! The bedrooms were also very nice! The beds were comfy (the master one was a bit squishier, so if you’re one that likes that kind of bed, sleep in that room). The only complaint is that the air conditioners in both room are very loud and make a very loud banging noise periodically. Other than that, the rooms were nice. There were shelves in the closet to store clothing! The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower never really got HOT, but I also like my showers boiling. I really liked the two vanities so it was easier to get ready. The washer and dryer were also very nice! Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The beach is right across the street! We had an issue with someone parking where we were supposed to park, but Megan resolved that quickly!

We did clean the AC units after your visit, as mentioned, but they can be a bit noisy when the compressor kicks on. There’s a “quiet” mode we usually set them to, which might help next time. As for the water heater, we use an EcoSmart tankless system, so it doesn’t get as hot as traditional tank heaters, but it still provides a comfortable, relaxing shower experience—especially with the waterfall shower head! We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this property. The location is amazing—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do while exploring Maui. The apartment is very well appointed, with everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. It was clean, well maintained, and made for a perfect home base for our vacation. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Maui.

We have lived on Maui since 2010, after relocating from the East Coast. We got “Maui’d” in 2012 at the picturesque Olowalu Plantation House and purchased our first vacation rental shortly after. Our daughters are born and raised here on Maui and we live just a few minutes down the road. As island residents we’re happy to provide personalized tips and recommendations to make your trip memorable. My favorite part of being a host is helping curate a memorable experience as each guest shares such sweet personal details surrounding their trip to Maui with us prior to their arrival. I always try and make sure that each guest experience is unique and specialized to them.

One of the things we love most is how peaceful it gets at night—you can actually hear the waves gently crashing from inside the condo or while relaxing on the balcony. It’s the kind of calm that instantly puts you at ease. Conveniently tucked away in North Kihei, the location offers a quiet escape from the busier tourist zones, while still being centrally positioned for easy island adventures. Everything you need—grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and more—is just a quick 5–10 minute drive away.
