Head upstairs and you’ll find five bedrooms that are super comfy and made for a good night’s sleep:

• Primary bedroom: King bed + twin-over-twin bunk + roll-away + private bath with tub.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + air mattress.
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk.
• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk.
• Bedroom 5: Twin bed.

Each room has its own smart TV, cozy bedding, and space to unpack and settle in.

You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard, pool, games, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to everything during your stay.

Other things to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 14 guests, each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• The large master bedroom closet has been converted into the 5th bedroom.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to availability.
