Book the Coastal Cottage at The Boutique Retreat in downtown McMinnville.

The Coastal Cottage is one of nine tiny-cottages that make up The Boutique Retreat - a new tiny house hotel in historic downtown McMinnville. The Coastal Cottage is a cozy 240 square foot tiny house with a soft, clean and calm color palette. The interior of the cottage has a pitched ceiling that is 14 feet high at its peak, which is accented by two substantial Douglas Fir wood beams that provide a dramatic backdrop for the crisp white walls and neutral luxury plank vinyl flooring. The furnishings and décor are harmonious with the colors of the sea and sand with soft colors, light birch and mango wood, and art featuring the beautiful hues of the coastline. The Coastal Cottage features an upgraded bathroom with a gorgeous, textured white tile shower and a bathroom vanity with a marble countertop. The Coastal Cottage is located within the interior of the retreat in close proximity to the primary entrance on Alpine Avenue and the communal firepit.
Book the Coastal Cottage or check out one of our other unique cottages, including the Urban Loft, Ohana, Mod, Glam, Bohemian Bungalow, Surf Shack, Farmhouse or the Lodge. All cottages have heating, air conditioning, wifi, flat screen tv with soundbar, and kitchenette with coffee maker and retro refrigerator. Take the .4 mile (8 min) walk to historic 3rd Street where you will find shopping, wine tasting, restaurants and micro brews. Or, stay at the Retreat and enjoy the outdoor firepit and courtyard while conversing with friends and fellow travelers. McMinnville is conveniently located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country, just one hour from Portland and one hour from the beautiful Oregon Coast.

this place is AMAZING! My Sister decided to join us and was there in another place. We got to visit outside. So clean and just so cute. We had such a good visit. We are talking about the whole family coming and getting one of the places.....for each family! Can't wait to go back!
