Ideally situated in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo sits amid a condominium complex complete with private beach access, mature landscaping, palm trees and 2 private pools. Only steps from the ocean and tastefully decorated, our unit provides the perfect environment for an affordable family getaway.

As you enter the front door, you’re greeted by panoramic views of the Atlantic which can be enjoyed from inside the condo or from the fourth-floor oceanfront balcony. The open living area provides the perfect space for entertaining or relaxing and the updated kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and all kitchenware and cookware needed for your stay. The unit contains a full-sized washer and dryer, linens, and towels, as well as Wi-Fi and cable television throughout.

The master bedroom features a king bed, large wall of windows overlooking the beach and private bathroom with walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the other guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk; they both have easy access to a central bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

At no additional cost, guests also have full access to and use of 8 clay tennis courts within walking distance at the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club.

This is a great place to stay. We stayed there for the 500 Daytona and enjoyed how much there was to do from St. Augustine to Daytona. The view was amazing, and the sunrises were out of this world! There is plenty of room for a huge family. There is a big dining room table and lots of couches to sit and enjoy the view and conversation. There is a double sliding glass door from the master and the living room, and I found it a great place to work. Why not make your office a place with an ocean view? This unit was well furnished and didn't need to buy anything extra except for food. The only disclaimer would be that it is Florida and the South, so you will have bugs, but don't let that stop you from staying at this wonderful unit. The bed was a little soft, but I am used to a super firm bed, so others may like it. If you want a great place to stay, look into this unit. I know I would stay there again.

This is our first time in St. Augustine. This place is in a great location & has a great view, and this kitchen was one of the most well stocked we’ve ever seen in a condo. Everything was clean (no black on socks after walking across the floors). We had an issue right after we arrived, but Brent was very accommodating and helpful. Once we found the binder, the suggestions in it for the area (restaurants/things to do) were great! We don’t know if it’s normal for this time of year, but the beach and pools were not crowded at all. We would stay again. Thank you, Brent!

My husband and our 3 kids stayed here July 2025. This was our first time staying at this condo, 2nd time in St. Augustine. The pros first- it has a beautiful ocean view which we loved! Three bedrooms was nice so that we had our own room, the boys shared a room and our daughter got her own room. Nice full size washer and dryer in unit that does great at both washing and drying. Beach and pool toys for use in the balcony storage container. Nice large living room with plenty of seating. Trash chute nearby so you dont have to walk all the way to the dumpsters. Convient location. Owner was quick to reply back when I texted.Cons-the cleanliness wasn’t great. The ac intake vent was caked with dust and grime as were all the vents. There was a sticky coffee spill on an end table. A mirror smudged with something that I cleaned off. There was quite a bit of dust on the living room coffee table, sand on the chairs on the balcony and the worst was under the beds. Dust everywhere and a large area of sticky stuff under the queen sized bed. It looked like it had been there awhile. The mattress covers all had stains as did some of the pillows. I let the owner know and he said he would talk to the cleaning person. I hope he does and I hope the cleaning is better from here on out. If the condo had been cleaned better it would have been great but the cleaning being what it was made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

Well appointed living room furniture was excellent in living rm.

Beds slept too hot. Overhead fans would help move air. Water pressure was horrendous. No eexcuse

By far the best VRBO we've ever stayed in

Perfect location, quiet, CLEAN, beautiful sunsets, awesome pools. Honestly loved this place. Fully stocked which made us feel like this was truly a home away from home. Just a note: *Please be aware of snakesnear edge of pool under chairs - we saw 2 in three days.

Simply perfect!

Our stay here was fantastic! We stayed for a full month and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was unbeatable. The walk to the beach was minutes. If we weren’t up to the beach, we could watch the sunrise from the balcony. It was just a short drive to the main beach area with lots of restaurant choices. Downtown was about a15 minute drive with so much to do there! We also took in a show at the amphitheater which is 10 minutes away. The condo itself was one of the best stocked I’ve seen. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

AMAZING LOCATION!!!!!

The sleeping accommodations were amazing! Comfy and spacious for our boys, who are 6'5", 6'3" and 6'0". The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook, even a crockpot. We never ran out of utensils, glasses or dishes, we only ran the dishwasher once during our 6 day stay!The location is definitely 5/5 stars! The beach was AWESOME! It was only steps away from the condo and it was not filled with "spring breakers", it was more family friendly but also entertaining for 3 teenage boys. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking!So now why the lower rating, in the description of the condo rental it included a jacuzzi, additional outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool and workout facility, which factor heavily into our decision to rent anywhere (again 3 teenage boys). When arrived the workout facility and above mentioned pools/jacuzzi were under construction and not available for use. There also was construction occurring M-F 8am-4pm at the condo, sandblasting the common walkways (extremely loud) and painting the outside of the condo on the beach side. The condo itself could use a "deep clean" there is a lot of dust on the air vents, and in the living room there is dust stuck on the ceiling from where the air blows from the register.We did contact Brent regarding the above items and he was very apologetic and did refund some of our rental fee due to this.We would rent again if the items above were addressed.

Tennis club and close to the ocean

We were very content with the condo, and had a great stay. The owner provided us with ample advice and was fast in responding to all our needs. A small kitchen, but a large living room. Be aware that there are strict rules for using the pool, but the ocean is just steps away. Very convenient for tennis lovers, the owner is a member of the club. No beach chairs are provided, so bring your own if you travel by car.

September get away

Came to see the historical areas in St Augustine & enjoy some beach time. We were able to do both. The condo views of the water can’t be beat. The condo had new bedroom furniture & comfortable living room furniture. The condo location was great for what we wanted to do.

Welcome to the oldest city

Perfect place to stay-location couldn’t be better. Condo was very nice and clean with all the needed amenities and the owner was great to deal with. The beach was perfect, very clean and pristine-we enjoyed an early morning walk. The landscaping and pools were beautiful. Couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Great Condo with amazing views

We had a great stay at Brent's condo. Condo was right on the beach with an amazing view. We were there for Nights of Lights and it did not disappoint. Very beautiful! St. Augustine is a wonderful city with lots of history, lots to do and great food! The condo is an easy 15 minute drive into the Old City without traffic. The complex is an older complex but well kept, clean and quiet. The beach directly in front over the dunes was very walkable even in the chilly weather that we had. The condo provided everything we needed and fit 4 of us comfortably. We went on the hop on hop off Old Town trolley ride the first day to orient us and hear some of the history. It was a great way to start our trip. The Castillo is a must see. We also enjoyed Fort Matanzas, the Pirate museum, the Light house (lots of stairs but well worth the effort) and Zarayda Villa. We had great meals at Harry's (worth the wait), Cap's on the water (phenomenal view),OC Whites & Ice House. Every place we ate at was very good. People in St. Augustine were very friendly which was much appreciated given that this was considered "hell week" by quiet a few waitresses that we encountered. We hope to be back and will certainly stay in this condo if available.
