TO DO: The TOT LOT (community playground and picnic area) is 250' from the property and the Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts are a short jaunt from the Tot Lot over Turtle Bridge.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. EV charger is available for a $30.00 fee. Two non-shedding, flea, tick & rabies vaccinated, hypoallergenic 30 lb wt limit dogs are permitted with a $375 pet fee for each. Linens are not included; however, we do offer a rental package to our guests.

KEYLESS ENTRY: Easy, Breezy electronic keyless entry! Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

PET FEE: $395.00 pet fee for each. PET FEE: $395.00 pet fee for each. Two dogs under 30lbs, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, well-groomed, flea and tick-protected, and groomed before occupancy are permitted. No other dogs are permitted, and no visiting pets. Violation of this could result in immediate eviction. A $100.00 extra housekeeping fee will be assessed for excessive cleaning.

LINENS: Linens are not included; however, a rental package is available to guests.

CLEANING FEE: $235. Although cleaning time is extra tight during the summer season, our crew still takes pride in making things sparkle! An extra cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if the property is left in poor condition
