Updated 2/2 Updated King Queen Beds. The Primary King bed has an electric base that elevates the bed for easy viewing of the 42" inch Tv and has a great ensuite. The living space has cathedral ceilings a gas fireplace, a 55" inch smart TV with 120 channels on You Tube TV. White quartz counters, grey laminate floors, and all new appliances make this update complete. This East Central location has easy access from the Austin airport. Quick access to 183 & 290 allows you travel Downtown,
to the Arboretum, and Domain area within 15 minutes. Great Bars and Restaurants on famous 6th street downtown. The Domain is the newest shopping area boasting the best Retail and Restaurants in the area. The Aboretum is also full of popular Restaurants and Shops. Nice Stay

Overall nice stay, what you see in the pictures is what you get. Host was nice and communicative. Only wished there was another tv in the bedroom instead of staring at the wall, lol.

A clean quiet place to stay.

The place was very clean though there were dishes in the dishwasher from the last people probably because there wasn’t any dishwasher soap. I wasn’t expecting it to be a duplex (I guess I missed that in the description.) You will also want to bring some laundry soap if you will need to run a load as there wasn’t any provided. The beds were very comfortable and the location made it easy to get all the places we needed to go.

Good for the price

The property was clean and was very fairly priced, however we would have liked more clear instructions on which WiFi network to use, as well as more trash bags for longer stays. Additionally, we would have liked more flexibility with the temperature, especially during the hotter Texas months.

2-week stay in Austin, Texas

The place looked just as advertised on VRBO. It is very nicely decorated with beautiful pictures and furniture. I would suggest you remove the dead plants, mow the backyard, and have a broom or stick vacuum available so that for longer stays we can keep the place tidy. The owner was easy to reach and check-in and check-out were easy.

Enjoyable

It was a seemless stay despite having to switch units. If we have to make another rush trip to Austin, we will stay there again.

Well appointed home!

This home is lovely with lots of cool and pretty fixtures. There were some holes in the wall of the main bathroom, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, old food in the refrigerator, as well as a dead plant in the living room. All of which was a bit off putting on arrival. The backyard grass was very long so we couldn't use the small yard. Overall we enjoyed our stay, there was just some upkeep and cleanliness things that could use attention.

Weekend Away

Terrific location and a lovely home. The home is well appointed with most things you would need, although a broom, some hand towels for the restrooms, and facial tissue’s would be a lovely addition. Would happily rent again the next time I’m in Austin!
