We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The air conditioning kept the place cool and comfortable, especially after spending time outside.The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. We also appreciated having great coffee shops nearby and a small market right across the street that had a little bit of everything we needed. The garage was another great bonus, providing plenty of space to securely store the bikes we rented for the week.Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The location is the best. One way is the beach and the othe way is the bay. Close to all of Mission Beahch attractions. I would definetly stay here again. The condo had nice beach touches and we were very comfortable. They even had beach chairs and beach toys available.

Property was great along with the location.But, I did try to email, text and call Hunter, the owner, and never got a response. Wanted to know the dimensions of the garage to see if our vehicle would fit. That was about 5 days before our trip. He never responded. Then, while we were there, we realized that the tanks of propane for the firepit and grill were completely empty. I tried to call him to see if we could get them filled. Again, no response. We ended up paying 30 to make an exchange at the market next door. Extremely irritated with the zero response from him, but, the place was great for us.

Perfect space for a family of 5! We do an annual staycation, Pam and Hunter’s home was a great fit for us. Had everything we needed. Walkable to all things we required for the long weekend. The only difficult thing was there was no spigot to use to rinse off sandy feet before going into the house. Would have loved to have something more official than a water bucket to help keep sand out.

Sydney and her family were such great guests! We don't usually accept staycations but things could not have gone better. Great communication from Sydney throughout her stay and they took GREAT care of our home. We're very pleased with her and her family as guests and would happily welcome back in the future. Perfect Beach Get-Away!!

This property is top notch from the location, to the amenities, the decor and embraces the San Diego vacation vibe! The condo was comfy and welcoming, had everything you need and even the things you didn't think of! Check in and out was a simple process and the owner was great to communicate with, checking in on how our visit was going. Located in a beautiful and surprisingly quiet part of Mission Beach that was 4 minutes from Belmont Park! Be sure to check this one out and book before its gone!! Thanks again for the hospitality Hunter!

This place was steps away from the beach. My family and I came right after the 4th of July. Very clean and cozy. All the beds were comfortable! A beautiful place! There is beach chairs, toys, and a wagon. This was a nice escape for my family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was enough bathroom towels and washcloths for everyone on top of having beach towels. Our 2018 Honda Odyssey(Van) fit in the garage…length wise it was tight. Width wise it was very roomy. On another note, the only thing was, communication. I had messaged the host many days before our trip with a question. And then 2 days before check in, again when I didn’t get a response. We checked in smoothly and everything was great throughout the stay. Then for the check out process, we were not able to access online what exactly to do. I had messaged the host through the website and text hours before check out. Since we didn’t hear anything, we just guessed on things we needed to do before leaving. After we checked out the host messaged us apologizing for not getting our messages. However, the first 2 messages I sent before checking in, I never got a response on. It was NOT a huge issue for us but it would have been helpful . Other places we stayed responses usually take 12-24 hours. Other than that, the pictures are very accurate. Close to the Belmont, Restaurants, convenient stores, and a grocery store. My family and I would definitely come back.

This was the second time staying at this Location. It was perfect for my family of five. Hunter's communications were amazing. He always made us welcomed even before we got to the beach. The Condo had great parking in a connected garage. It's so close to the beach you can be there so fast. The fire pit and grill are super clean and ready to use. We will definitely be staying there again next year. Would give more stars if they were available.
