This beautifully decorated Park Model Cabin with a hot tub, sits right on gorgeous Douglas Lake. With a beautiful porch, Smart TV, gas grill, zero gravity chairs and fire pit just steps away from the shoreline, you may not want to leave!

This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has two fully appointed bedrooms with full-size beds in each, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a shared kitchenette and living room area with a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. We have thought of all the details to make this a perfect vacation spot for those wanting to relax, take a boat out, or fish. Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are about a 30-minute drive away.

We do have a full-service marina with boat launch, store, docks and wet-slips onsite as well as The Millstone Restaurant, which is a must when visiting!

All linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. are provided. This is definitely a beautiful little home away from home!

Fishing is permitted from the banks. You can bring your own boat or you can rent a pontoon, golf cart, paddleboard or a kayak from us. Smoking is only permitted outside of the rentals. We sell fishing licenses, bait, snacks, drinks and apparel at our Marina Store located at the end of the long dock.
