Step into luxury at the 3 bedroom residence at the JW Marriott, nestled in the vibrant heart of Clearwater Beach, Florida! This newly constructed gem, completed in 2023, presents a spacious 1628 sq. ft. sanctuary with sweeping views of Sand Key, the coastal waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico. Ideal for families or groups, our condo graciously accommodates up to 8 guests, promising an unforgettable retreat.
Our 3 bedroom unit is located on the 16th floor - Enjoy the beautiful view from the 16th floor.
Stepping into the condo, you will be greeted by the living space with a comfortable sectional sofa and a large flat screen tv. The dining table seats 6 guests.
Our limited kitchen includes a sink, granite countertops, microwave, and coffee maker, ensuring your basic dining needs are met. And with your personal washer and dryer in the condo, you can pack lightly and save room for souvenirs.
The condo features three bedrooms to accommodate a total of 10 guests, all outfitted in contemporary style and high-end finishes.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, matching dresser and a large flat screen tv with an ensuite bathroom that offers a shower and a separate garden tub.
The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom features a king-size bed, matching dresser, chair, and a TV with cable. The living room has a sofa bed.
There is a hallway bathroom that offers a shower.
All of the bedrooms have access to the private balcony that runs the length of this elevated unit.
While the Marriott has its own smaller beach, the condo is conveniently located just three short blocks from the Pier 60 on the larger beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, bars - giving you a plethora of options for dining and entertainment.
The hotel has many amenities such as the rooftop pool that comes complete with a poolside bar and grill, and the state-of-the-art fitness center includes a sauna and steam room.

Great accomodations and since the condo is in the JW Marriott, you also can use all the resort amenities. Beach Time Management company was very helpful and professional. Hotel is especially beautiful at Christmas!

This was the best place we have ever stayed! The rooms are so beautiful and big! Completely taken care of! The views are beautiful! The JW Marriott is a wonderful hotel and the private beach is wonderful. The hotel has so much to offer, which makes staying in this condo the best decision we’ve ever made! I wish o could leave more than 5 stars!!!

Room to spread out
We loved this property at the JW Marriott in Clearwater Beach. There was plenty of room to spread out and the balcony is huge - even when we had other family members stopping by to visit. The beds are comfortable and the resort atmosphere was wonderful. There's no maid service since the room is not booked directly through the Marriott, but the savings were worth it! We would definitely stay here again.

Best Beach Property Ever!
We had a tremendous stay at this property. The amenities of the JW Marriott are 2nd to none. Everything was easy here: check-in, communication, check-out. A truly flawless experience. We will absolutely be back and are looking for excuses to return soon!!! Julian was one of the best property managers I've ever worked with. Would highly recommend!

New and spacious condo with a large balcony overlooking the water and pool. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 children so this was a perfect setup. This was the best of both worlds. Having a large condo with separate rooms and bathrooms for everyone along with the amenities of staying at a JW Marriott. Would definitely go back.

They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, handling every request with a smile. This personalized service made guests feel valued and cared for, a rare find in today's hospitality landscape.The hotel itself was impeccable. The room was, spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the town of Clearwater.
