Summary:
Direct Ocean Front 2 bedroom 1 Bath unit. This is as original as it gets in OC with this vintage unit with a fresh coat of paint in 2023. Updated with new bedding and some Furniture. This place is perfect for the Beach Bum in you as you are literally looking at the ocean out of every window and you are 10 steps to the beach. Book this unit with 2 other units in the building for larger gatherings, or just meet new friends and start a new Ocean Front Tradition.

Virginia Lee South was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Franco was superb. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the boardwalk, close to so many shops & great restaurants with delicious food, friendly & attentive staff. The views of the beach & sunrise were breath taking. During inclement weather, we could sit on the spacious porch & enjoy the sites & sounds of the ocean. I'll definitely be booking with Franco again. Thank you Franco for a wonderful stay.

The location was amazing. It was directly on the boardwalk, so each day all we needed to bring was towels when heading out to the beach. Very close to food but still calm and peaceful nights. We loved it! We caught the full moon!

Pros: Obviously the location. You won't find many better.Easy access to everything Having a washer and dryer is very convenient with all the sand.Cons:The place wasnt clean...at all. The floors were filthy. Some of the pillows on the chairs had mold on them. The water resevoir for the coffee maker hasn't been cleaned in at least a year and the inside of ths dehumidifier is covered in mold.Tile is coming up in the bathroom.Bring all your own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There was only a half roll of toilet paper when we got there.Overall, despite the cleanliness, this is a pretty good rental. The location can't be beat. If you arent looking for luxury and need a place to lay your head, its perfect. Wpuld definitely come back if it was cleaned up a bit.

Awesome location, in fact the Best Location in Ocean City

Awesome location, in fact the Best board Walk Location in Ocean City. property was also awesome. Parking was awesome. Floor was not properly cleaned, when we moved in. There was sand in the house when we walked in. Cheap Sofa and Cheap Beds. beds are shaky and fragile. Had some Kitchen utensils. Cook top and Baking oven in very good condition. Nice Dining table for family.

Perfect Cottage for Ocean City Beach Trip

We had a great experience staying at this cottage in Ocean City! Great location, responsive host and access to great food and shopping. Would stay here again!

Oh my goodness location!

I’ll start with the fact this location is breathtaking. Right on the boardwalk with parking very close that is easy to get in and out of. (Full size parking lot one house back). Notes to those in the future: There are no blankets, but there are sheets. There are also bath towels. 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided along with dish soap. I recommend bringing: -a wash cloth or two as there wasn’t enough for the 4 of us and an extra to use for dishes/ hand drying. -your own pillow for increased comfort. This was mixed with our group. -tissues/napkins/paper towels -towel or curtain to hang in the back bedroom to block out the floodlight To lock the door, hold the # button down until it beeps. It doesn’t lock automatically. No beach chairs/umbrellas are provided. There are however the rental lockers right outside on the beach if needed. We brought with us but if space is a priority, this would be very convenient. There are heavy chairs on the porch if you like to sit there. There is a large TV. We didn’t even turn this on. No need with the view from the porch of the ocean and boardwalk being all the entertainment we needed! Recommendations for owners: Some blackout curtains would be nice. Especially in the back bedroom as the bright outdoor flood light made the room quite bright at night. Also for covering the door window at night to keep away peeping toms. We propped up a cushion from the couch to cover the window in the door to give us some privacy.

Incredible location beachfront vintage bungalow

LOCATION is perfect for families and people watching from the rocking chairs. Cindy and Franc are professional and welcoming. Bungalow is in vintage condition, it was clean and comfortable, built in 1930, gives you the feel of what life was like living on the beach when things were a lot more simpler. We recommend Virginia Lee South 2BR/1BA. 10th Street has great local restaurants, highly recommend the Cheese Wheel for homemade pasta and the Crapes next door are amazing too.
