This canal-front Keys charmer is your ticket to paradise! Along with scenic water views and direct access for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding, you'll also enjoy membership privileges at the Cabana Club (across the street) featuring an oceanfront pool, a sandy beach area, and a snack bar. Public tennis courts and family facilities at First Street Park are just around the corner and the Par-3 Key Colony Golf Beach Course is less than a mile away.

Cheerful coastal decor fills the home's two-story interior, while everyday essentials like a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer ensure carefree comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. There's also a screened patio overlooking the canal that is furnished for alfresco meals. Plush seating, a smart TV, and a large balcony set the stage for family gatherings upstairs. Outdoor seating options beside the canal provide a sunny spot where you can enjoy a cool beverage while watching for dolphins.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property. Perfect location to walk to the pool or beach. Convenient location in Middle Keys to explore other areas. We enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again next summer.

Perfect spot!

We loved the quiet location of a Key Colony Beach. The canal access is beautiful with the convenience of the Cabana Club with beach and pool access. This home is clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

Best vacation

Good location manager and owner answering right away I like this property we enyoed the stay I want to come back about the cleaner people don’t dusting and also property closed and the bed was smell like old but that’s not the owner fault they have good washer and dry and I cleaner by my self but I recommend this property to any one very nice neighborhood

Perfect

So peaceful and gorgeous loved all of it and would definitely return hopefully for longer. The Cabana club was a great bonus if you just wanted to chill for the day and the beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed for the perfect vacation just love Key Colony. Sparky’s was a great place to eat and is walkable in cooler weather but very hot at present and has a happy hour.

Keys vacation

We have been to KCB many times and this house was our favorite! The layout offered plenty of space for everyone to be doing something different. The kitchen was well stocked, the location to the cabana club was awesome, easy walk to Sunset park as well. We finally saw a manatee in the canal as well! Perfect location for visiting several locations from Key Largo to Key West. Key Colony Beach is truly a beautiful, quiet, magical place!

Just beautiful!

My husband and I brought our 14 year old grandson to the Keys for the first time. We loved that each of us had our own space in the house for alone time. The house was perfectly cleaned and had everything we needed. I loved the decorations in the house too! We also saw three manatees by the dock which was a high light of our trip! We will be back again next year!

Worst ever experience and ruined our trip to the Keys. I would cancel and get a refund immediately if you have a booking with them.We got there and there was no internet, after calling them they said they were aware it had broke 2 days ago - they didn't bother to tell us prior - my daughters health monitoring equipment requires wifi so my wife and daughter had to stay at a hotel, they said it would be fixed later that day, it wasn't, they then said a part had being ordered, then they said it wasn't tracked, then they said it didn't arrive etc, this went on for a full week.the freezer didn't work, they had to send a repair person round to fix that, took a week.the sliding door didn't close, they had to send someone to fix thata hose was leaking non stop, they had to have someone come fix that.worryingly a light switch didn't work, they eventually sent someone to look at that and they said it wasn't safe. their facilities manager then said 'the guy who checks isn't very good ill send someone else", they then sent someone 4 days later and he said it needed fixing, then didn't show up again.a random person walked in the house at 7am one moron to check an extinguisherevery time we tried to get in touch with support someone different would speak to us

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location to the Cabana Club was wonderful & that was a must for us. The duplex was just enough for the 2 of us. The ONLY negative I have is that when we initially arrived there was a tree that had been cut down & someone just left it all cut up on our side of the driveway. We couldn’t get into our parking spot. We called the management company & someone came & moved it over to the other side.))

Very nice stay

We stayed a week , two of the stays we were stuck inside because of a tropical storm, but other than that it was pleasant. The pool area is more for adults and older kids. They don't allow floaties or toys of any kind in the pool, but there's a beach right behind the pool area so ..

Great Location

The location was perfect as we go to the pool daily. I would not recommend for families with kids as the stairs are a bit dangerous. Otherwise great property for a large party.

Perfect property!

Absolutely LOVED this property! The entire house was beautiful and very clean. The space was perfect and unlike most places, the beds were comfortable. Would definitely book again!

The house is so much better than pictures show it. Location couldn’t be better. The place was extremely well stocked with towels, kitchen ware etc. and very clean.

Nice condo

The condo and location were very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The downside is that the Cabana Club, which is where the pool and beach access is, has hours that are only from 10am to 7pm. This really did not work for our family and the hours were not posted anywhere until we got there. Also, no one under 16 is allowed in the hot tub and no pool toys are allowed. So not really the best for kids. If I would have known all this I would not have booked this place. When part of what your paying for is the pool and beach access it would be nice to have it be open longer because by the time we got home from doing other things during the day we did not get to use it at all. We only used the pool 1 time in 7 days. This was the only downside and I feel like this should be part of the listing as it’s not something you can look up.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a wonderful week at this property. It was clean and comfortable. I slept really well in the bed as it was a supportive mattress. The cabana club is also nice with food and drink service. Spent most afternoons there sitting in sun. Beach is nice, just small. Weather was wonderful and we went snorkeling. water was comfortable temperature.

Fabulously beautiful house with everything and more

Absolutely beautiful house in lovely location. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. The manatees living in the canal outside the window made our holiday, we watched them for hours. If we are ever in the keys again would definitely choose this property. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Cabana club and Havana jacks across the road were great, meaning we didn’t have to go far on an evening if we’d had enough of driving. Lovely and close to turtle hospital which was a great morning out. My absolute favourite holiday home to date. Thank you

2019 Keys Vacation

To start with the communication with Leslie from questions about the property prior to booking all the way to returning the keys to the office after the stay was spot on!!! We brought our boat ( 21 ft center console) with us, and kept it in the canal and we had plenty of parking for my truck the trailer and my niece's car. If your going for the fishing the Key Colony boat ramp was currently closed. we put in at the ramp behind the airport. The property is a very short walk to the beach, clubhouse, and restaurant. The house layout was just perfect, and next year cant get here fast enough!!! Definitely will return! Great Place Great People

1 Week Is Not Enough.

Fantastic, clean, spacious, great location, definitely “A Little Piece Of Paradise”. We spent a week here and enjoyed every moment. We felt this was a great location on Key Colony, with a short walk to the Cabana Club and it’s private beach and pool, but also a great location in the Keys. We where able to check off most of the things we wanted to do and see, but added a bunch more. So we are planning a return trip and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Perfect Keys Spring Break

Our family of 5 (girls ages 16, 14 and 8) loved our stay at this property. This was our first trip to the Keys and our first spring break as a family since my husband is a CPA. We picked Key Colony Beach based on the family friendly reviews and the location in the center of the Keys. The duplex is clean and well stocked. It’s prettier than the pictures. We didn’t spend much time at the Cabana Club, but it was nice having a pool and beach access right across the street. The beach is super small but we spent our days visiting other beaches in the area. The rental company was great to work with and gave us great recommendations for rentals and activities. We rented bikes and a two-seat kayak from Wheels-to-Go (great service - delivered within hours of our call). We LOVED kayaking in the canal and surrounding areas. We got to get up close and personal with the neighborhood manatee. We biked/kayaked to Sharky’s and to Sunset Park for the beautiful sunset. We did a day trip to Key West, snorkeled with Spirit Snorkeling and swam with dolphins at Hawks Cay. We spent a day at Bahia Honda but our favorite beach by far was the far end of Sombrero Beach. The area is quite and the property gave us lots of room to spread out. We loved every minute of our stay!

Great Week!

Excellent stay, this property is perfect. Very well cared for, beautifully clean and updated, comfy beds, lovely decor, they've got it all! The kitchen was well stocked, lots of linens. There was not a thing we needed. The neighborhood is great for families, we enjoyed walking and biking every day. A very pleasant stay!
