New remodels with very comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen could be better supplied , electric tea kettle would have been nice. Overall very comfortable. We were 4 sisters and thought from the photos it had a room with a twin bed and a double bed. But it had a strange trundle bed that only had a sheet and there wasn’t extra linens anywhere to be found. So two sisters share a bed. A separate bed for each would have been preferred.

The home was clean and beds were comfortable. It is located in a cute neighborhood and not far from shops and restaurants. The couch was tight for 6 adults. The kitchen had cookware for minimal cooking. We wished there were some throw blankets available. It served our needs for a last minute location change but was pricey for what we got. We had other members of our group stay at another home which was more welcoming, spacious, and cheaper.

The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch and walked downtown.

Exactly what I wanted

I just needed a place we could bring the dogs, and I ended up with a nice, clean, comfortable house. The air conditioner was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. Parking in the driveway was nice instead of the street.

Perfect Vacation Homebase

Clean and spacious house near Coeur d’Alene

Nicely updated house with plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and the bedding was very comfortable. Bathrooms were also in generally good shape except for one small issue with a fan that the property manager was correcting after we left. The living spaces - kitchen, dining and tv area - were large and relaxing. The place is close to downtown in a neighborhood that is undergoing renovations. It was quiet and felt safe and we enjoyed the space.

Clean house, quiet neighborhood

Stayed for an event at North Idaho College, which is an under 5 minute drive from the house. The property is located on a dead-end street, so there was zero road traffic and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean. I contacted the management company regarding a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed the same day. Highly recommend.

Biking Getaway

Immaculate House!

The house next-door looks like something out of the ghetto. And it’s definitely more than a 12 minute walk to downtown.

We are so sorry that the location wasn't what you had anticipated, with it being a mile away from the downtown Coeur d' Alene area it could for sure take more than 12 minutes, we will put the distance on our description to help guests determine the time. Unfortunately we had some issues with our sprinkler system the weeks leading up to your arrival, that along with the higher than normal temperatures caused the yard to get dry, we have since fixed the system and are working on getting the yard back to a healthy condition. Property is located in a great location; comes with a driveway which is a perk. The neighborhood is very quiet as its next to the cemetery. The kitchen could use a few utensil upgrades and stocked better (but we like to cook & know this is not important to all guests). The beds were comfortable but the master bathroom was quite small, especially for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time. There were no TV's in the bedrooms (again this is not important to everyone). The home felt "cheaper" than other VRBO's we have stayed at. It just felt very bare bones and not as inviting as it has the potential to be.

Amazing Rental Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot say enough great things about this property that we stayed in on 'C" Street in Coeur d'Alene! The home was perfect for the 6 of us! The bedrooms were a great size, the decor and furniture was great! I was able to cook an awesome Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and the living room is perfect for family movie time. The backyard is so spacious and was a wonderful fenced in space for our puppy! The street is quiet and the location is PRIME! We were able to walk to downtown Coeur d"Alene for the tree lighting and parade. Grocery stores are close. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Quiet Street vacation home Coeur d’Alene 4 blocks from the water

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the stay in Coeur d’Alene. This home is in very good shape. Looks like the interior of the home was completely redone. Practically brand new everything. Pet friendly home great for a single family of five or six people. Use of the Garage was great to store our boat when it wasn’t in use. It is on a dead end street which was nice and quiet. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the downtown art festival/street fair. We would definitely go back to use this home, especially do to its location.
