I do want to respectfully clarify the concern regarding the temperature in the home. The property is equipped with a smart thermostat that records temperature history. During your stay, the recorded indoor temperature consistently remained between 75-77 degrees. At no point did the home temperature fall below 75 degrees. The system also shows that the thermostat was repeatedly adjusted above 80 degrees by you and at one point set as high as 87 degrees. Because the system maintains the actual interior temperature automatically, the home was not operating at a cold level during your stay. Additionally, after checkout the home required extensive cleaning beyond a standard two-night turnover. Laundry detergent pods were found shoved inside the heating vents along with broken hangers in the same bedroom. There were stains on one of the comforters that did not come out after laundering, and unfortunately it had to be replaced. The luggage rack in that same bedroom was also broken. We work hard to maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space for all guests, and we rely on accurate feedback. We've never had other guests complain about the temperature in the home and operating a thermostat to heat to 87 degrees causes excessive energy use and can break the furnace.
