Leucadia Casita- 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious decks- 1.5 block walk to beach/surf!

Tiny house with 3 bedrooms and two spacious outdoor decks located 1.5 blocks from Grandview Beach, west of the 101 in Leucadia, Encinitas. Walking distance to two beaches (which are both also famous surfbreaks), restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, winery, market, shopping, and more! Excellent wifi + a dedicated workstation makes for a perfect remote work location. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms with A/C, brand-new, high-quality furniture + amenities, surfboards + beach chairs.

This house is all about location, with a short walk (1.5 blocks) to Grandview Beach and about 20 min walk (10 blocks) to Leucadia State Beach aka Beacon's Beach, as well as plentiful restaurants, bars, and shopping. A surfer's dream! Please note that despite the 3 bedrooms and full kitchen/bath, it will be a tight fit for a larger group. It is located in a neighborhood of tiny houses, so you will be close to neighbors, and there may be noise from barking dogs.

The house has air conditioning and heat, was recently renovated, and has all high-quality amenities, a fully-stocked kitchen brand-new furniture, and linens.

One parking spot is available directly next to the house. Additional cars can park free across the street. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and 2 Wavestorm surfboards are available for use during your stay. There is a hose on the side of the house to shower off your board or sandy feet after a day at the beach.

I also have a state parks pass available for use that allows you to park at other local beaches for free instead of paying $20/day.

A laundry room with plentiful washers and dryers is available a 15 second walk from the house. Loads are around $1.75 depending on settings and can be paid for with a credit card after downloading an app.

Up to 2 small pets under 30lbs are allowed (sorry big dogs, size rules are determined by the neighborhood management company!) Also prohibited by management are the following dog breeds: Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher (except miniature), Chow, Akita, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Wolf or Wolf breeds, and mixed breeds which contain any of the above.
