This configuration sleeps a total of 17 guests. The property is suitable and rented only to adults ages 25 and over and noise ordinance/no event regulations in this neighborhood are strictly enforced.

This property has various flights of stairs leading to the 4 different levels of recreation and bedroom space. Therefore, the property is not suitable for elderly or small children under the age of 5. The staircases are custom built and wide thereby not great for baby gates, however the design is strategic in being highly attractive for multi-family ski vacations, corporate retreats and Sundance Film Festival executive stays, singles trips and more! Multi-levels offer various private spaces, big bedroom suites, and multiple family room spaces for gathering and relaxing.
