We are currently remodeling the other unit so there could be some movement including some workers but we will be courteous of the hour of day.

- We apologize but NO PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home, you agree to pay a $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees. (Double original cleaning fee.) This is primarily due to the fact that many guests have pet allergies and this is multifamily property, and if a guest does bring a pet, it takes additional cleaning and could impact future stays.

✔️⏰ No earlier/later check-in/out: although we try to always accommodate our guests requests, we will not be able to guarantee any flexibility of check-in/out times other than the ones already established in our house rules. (Check-in at 4:00 PM; Check-out at 11:00 AM.) No exceptions. We have to respect the schedule of our cleaning crew and how it impacts our other guests.

- Quiet hours: after 10:00 PM

- Maximum occupancy is 3
Example: 3 guests are confirmed guests staying at Airbnb.
They invite 1 family member to visit = 4 people. This is OK.
Note: For any additional person, there is a $200 fee.

- No parties are allowed or large gatherings (AZ House Bill 2672). Fines could be imposed on traveling guests.
- Fine for large gatherings or parties (anything reported by neighbors or other guests) = $500 fine.

- This is monitored via a Ring doorbell camera on the property.

- We have provided all you need to cook in the unit. Please open the windows when cooking for ventilation purposes.

- Please have accurate amount of guests staying in the unit and abide by max occupancy.

☕ We provide a "Starter Pack" of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays (3 or more days), please expect a possibility of supplementing these items on your own.

❌ By booking this Airbnb, you agree that at any time a house rule is broken, the reservation is forfeited and there is no refund.

- There is a mini-split AC in the bedroom and a portable AC for the kitchen to help with the hot AZ heat. The Airbnb and for heat there are two portable heaters (one in the kitchen and one for the bedroom).

- There is no working dishwasher in the unit since we do mostly short term stays and have reflected our night price for this.
