Renovated in 2019 and situated as a corner unit, this accommodation offers both privacy and convenient location to all of the amenities in the building. The Health club/pool/hot tub amenities are located on the same level as this unit at the opposite end of the building . . . very convenient, while preserving your end unit quiet ambiance.

You have a private entrance to the condo, located in Building 3 of Mountain Green. The pool and other amenities are in this building.



We are local if needed.



Includes access to one private parking spot in the building, with elevator access up to the floor we are located on.



Please note: If you need a pack `n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.



Please note: The condo is doing work on the roof scheduled spring/summer/fall. The entrance is now by the top portion of the building, between building 1 and 3. You will need to be able to use stairs to enter. The patio is not available while the roof work is ongoing.
