Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious, has nice views, a great pool and is right on the water. Antonios was very responsive and helpful. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to help with anything. Tai, in particular is amazing, she was so helpful with anything we needed and went above and beyond. A very nice experience, we would come back.

Such a lovely stay. The sky box with a beach view was overall quite fantastic, although a few tweaks would make it better (curtain in the master bedroom needs a repair, the master bath needs blackout curtains to deal with the intense floodlights that turn on at night as it lights up the bedroom, the fridge wouldn't stay shut if anything was put on the shelves on the backside of the door, the gym needs working air conditioning and all the wood needs a bit of oil or the like). But honestly, those are minor tweaks compared to the overall spectacular stay. Also worth mentioning that the property was probably photographed brand new and it's not that anymore, so not as bright and shiny as pictured, but still beautiful. Spectacular views as well. Mimi, the property manager, was so nice and quite helpful.The Bang Tao Boat Club next door is a great spot for breakfast (one place opens for an assortment of breakfast/brunch choices around 10:30am), casual lunches and dinners, and drinks. Many nice restaurants on the beach, but casual and right next door is hard to beat.Also, for sports nuts, the bar across the street plays most of the major sporting events on a big screen.

Honeymoon Getaway!

My husband and I stayed at the Skybox condo for our honeymoon in December 2016. We LOVED it! The owner (Antonios) was very responsive when we were planning our trip and had questions, and even helped set up a ride for us from the airport to the complex when we arrived. The staff onsite were very nice- they always had a smile on their face and were more than willing to help us figure out our way around town or how to schedule a fun excursion. The view from the condo was breath taking, and the condo itself was very nice; it was easy to feel right at home. We highly reccomend a stay here!

Beachfront Phuket

Property is gorgeous! The views are amazing and the location exquisite. The unit’s jacuzzi is lovely on a hot day as is the swimming pool. Staff were very responsive. Many great places are walkable. Bangtao beach and Surin beach are each lovely. Would recommend driving to Tops at Porto du Phuket for groceries. Benny’s is a fab little locale and the Hub is fun. My 6 weeks went by fast. I’d spend another in a heartbeat.

What an amazing, peaceful view!

Amazing

This place was amazing! The owner is just great to deal with and so very helpful! I must have sent him 30 emails BEFORE I booked his place and he was wonderful. Once we got there the staff - from the front desk to the driver to the workers on the property - they were fabulous! Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were great and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. We celebrated New Years at the villa and it felt like we were celebrating with family - we all lit the lanterns and it was just magical! Would definitely recommend this place! Wonderful experience for our first time in Phuket!

how many different ways can you say wonderful?

The Welcome; the Staff; the Place; the View... All exceeded my expectations! Quiet and relaxing location. Yet, restaurants and grocery options nearby.The pictures on the site were exact. Communications with Antonis ( the owner) were responded to quickly and in a professional manner.Truly a delight! Incredible!

I’m not sure I even know where to begin… from booking the property, to arriving, and to staying there, everything was absolutely perfect. The on-site staff was helpful, kind, and treated us like family in every single way. Antonis, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Thalang Catfished

The property did not measure up to the artist renderings used on the website. It is an old property in need of upgrade or at least refurbishment. The collapsed seawall is a safety hazard. The isolated location also disappoints compared to our recent visit to Kata Beach for example.

As someone can sees below , ALL other reviews are 5 star reviews because the penthouse is really superb . The unreasonable request for DAILY change of towels and sheets change was not possible to be offered to you as you requested . We are a private property , not a hotel . Twice a week is what we promise and offer . Your low rate review as a revenge is not honorable and as mentioned above is unfair for the reasons was done . Hopefully you will stop doing this in the future because the travel community does not deserve this type of behavior .

i want to live there!!!

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. The penthouse was really spacious, beautiful and with all needed. The staff was kind and helpful with everything and always with a smile. The location was beautiful and we loved the jacuzzi in the balcony.The views i can not even describe how superb they were . The 4rth floor really made a difference because you could see the whole BangTao bay The size is great for families; much better than a hotel room! very nice and quiet area! You can almost hear the noise of the sea and fall asleep like a baby... Many shops all around and good local restaurants! Owner very helpful and organized and friendly. A top place that you want to go back over and over again!!

Spectacular penthouse right on the water !

We are very happy and thankful we had the chance to stay in this amazing place . The penthouse is located on the beach and so its views were breathtaking . Pictures do not make justice to this place . So elegant and tasteful , comfortable beds , spacious and in such a great location! It is the top floor - and this is very important because its views are by far the best- of a serviced boutique resort and although you have the feeling you are in a private villa , you still have many of the services and the concierge of a very expensive hotel! We live in Tokyo and so we visit Phuket often but this is the best place we stayed at. The Jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the water will always be one of my most favorite moments . Also to mention that the staff are great and very accommodating and the owner is a very nice guy and helped us a lot with answering all our questions. We recommend this place to everyone!

In one word : PERFECTION!!

What can i say more than this place is the best place we ever stayed!!..A little paradise , a unique apartment, the most amazing views and design...The whole family went Wow when we went in... This is the penthouse - top floor - of a beautiful small building/resort right on the water and because of the location the views are spectacular all day long . There are also other apartments in the building but this one is the best and again by far one of the most amazing places we ever stayed.. And the owners have it decorated in the most elegant style , just perfect...Everything screams good taste. Antonios the one of the owners was amazing in all our dealings and his recommendations were the best so we are very grateful because he made our vacations very memorable. An amazing brand new restaurant right next door was just opened and the food was amazing I recommend 100% this beautiful penthouse to anyone who wants a relaxing time in a beautiful, elegant place

A very nice oceanfront stay in Phuket

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront Phuket over Christmas. The view from the room is amazing, the building management is extremely friendly and helpful. The property manager even spent a while with my son supervising him getting a coconut out of one of the trees as he really wanted to get one down himself. He also helped me find a very good Thai massage in my room after putting my back out. The kitchen is a little small and also there is no grocery nearby so we mostly ate out but that’s really what it’s all about in Thailand anyways. There are some really nice more pricey restaurants (Bennys, CarpeDiem) and also some really nice cheap but delicious local restaurants (Riverside and a nice Indian place). Also Bang tao beach is quite nice with lots to do but you do have to walk down the beach about 600m or so. Overall a very nice place to call home for a bit if you are planning on visiting Phuket.

Unparalleled…

This property hits high marks on all levels. The street out front is under construction but the location in Phuket is almost perfect. The pictures on line barely do the view justice. Kinda takes you breath away honestly. The pool is super clean and feels amazing. 30 minutes to Patong and all of its nightlife if you want it or just hang out on the beach in Bangtao where it's family oriented however there are a lot of cool Beach clubs(Google Maya Phuket) as an example. We fell in love with a "Hugo Hub" which is a Thai food cart area about 20 yards away from this property with delicious and super reasonable offerings. Kuhn Mimi the caretaker is very attentive to your needs and can make many suggestions on anything you may need laundry, reservations, drivers, etc...all & all this is "the" place. Scott S

Phantastische Wohnung

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere die Lage und der Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wir hatten das Gefühl die einzigen Gäste zu sein. Der grosse sehr schöne Pool ‚gehörte uns‘, Und die Liegen am Pool und am Meer waren kaum belegt.200m weiter war man mitten im Bang Tao Beach Trubel.Für uns war es perfekt.Vielen Dank an das Team.

Un séjour de rêve

Ce penthouse est absolument superbe : la disposition des pièces, la décoration et, surtout, l’extraordinaire vue sur la mer, la baie et les montagnes constamment présente grâce à la fenestration du plafond au plancher. L’appartement est vaste et très agréable à vivre, nous étions 2 couples et nous y avons été très à l’aise. Les services sont excellents et le personnel très chaleureux et attentif à nos besoins. Une mention spéciale à Thaï, excellente coordonnatrice et à monsieur Feen, le chauffeur qui nous a conduits partout et nous a même organisé deux excursions privées (tour de l’île et excursion en long boat dans la baie de Phang Nga). Le service quotidien d’entretien domestique a été fort apprécié. L’ensemble de la propriété est très bien tenu: piscine, jardin, entrée, ... Les plages à proximité sont belles, nous avons particulièrement aimé Lanyan Beach et Surin Beach. Bref, nous avons passé un mois formidable dans cet appartement que nous recommandons chaudement.

Excellent

This is an excellent property! If you're looking for relaxation and a prime location, look no further. The property is located on Bang Tao beach but far enough away from the larger hotels that it feels exclusive and remote. The beach directly in front of the property is used primarily by the long tail fishing boats; we just walked a bit down the beach to the main Bang Tao area and rented sun chairs for the day. There are a couple of very nice restaurants just a short walk from the property; we loved Benny's, Riverside Cafe, and the Siam Beach Club. Catch Beach Club is walkable as well; use the beach. It's a very upscale place with great cocktails and music. The condo is well stocked, full kitchen, coffee provided daily. There are water bottles left each day and a full size fridge to store some cold items if you go to the store. We arranged a private car through the property manager for pickup form the airport (about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic). As has been mentioned in other reviews, the staff are excellent, especially Thai that works at the reception desk. She showed us to the condo, gave us a tour of the entire property, and answered questions as they came up during our trip. Great communication with the property manager; from initial booking through to our return home. Overall, this is a 5-star plus property. We will be back!
