Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the views from the deck were amazing. The only thing I would recommend is that the coffe machine be updated in the kitchen. We were also pleasantly surprised when we discovered the condo had a walk in shower which is completely neccassary for my sister. Will absolutely stay here again. I give it a five out of five! The host was pretty quick to respond to any questions! Thank you!

This place was great. The pool isn’t shallow very far so small kids are limited but as long as they can swim they are fine. Beach in June was not crowded. Plenty of ghost crabs for everyone! The condo was clean and plentiful with appliances and dishes. Plenty of room and plenty to do to wear out a 6 and 4 year old.

This was a fantastic location and condo! It was clean, well-decorated, and had almost everything you would need for a fantastic vacation! We will definitely put this on our list of places we would stay again!The only 2 issues we had were1. The location of the internet router was not identified. We had unplugged it to plug in our charging devices. 2. The checkout instructions we were sent via text and the instructions posted, had contradictions.

We booked this unit for a last minute anniversary trip and was not disappointed. The master bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Unit kind of smelled like mildew when we first arrived but was overall pretty clean. It was our first time staying at aquavista and it was not crowded at all and super laid back. The pool was cold (not heated like we were told) so we didn’t get to use it but I would book this property again!

Love the location. Away from the crowded Pier Park area but close enough to get there easily. Winn Dixie and CVS and three great restaurants within walking distance. Beach beautiful a den walk right there. Love the fact that chairs and umbrellas can be rented so you don’t have to lug everything to the beach. Affordable as well!

Pictures used are exactly what you get. Check in process was seamless. The complex has been remodeled and everything was neat and clean. I highly recommend.

Fabulous week at the beach

Absolutely loved our week at the beach. The condo is very comfortable with nearly everything you will need for the week. The bed in the master bedroom is firm. My wife had issues getting a good nights sleep but she prefers a soft mattress. Loved the balcony spending time there when we were not at the beach relaxing on the furniture and listening to the beach. Have spent many years in several different condos at Aqua Vista and will continue to come back for family vacations.

Late October 2025

The condo public areas had been nicely renovated, new windows and sliders were great except for the death trap threshold sticking up 4 inches to trip you going in and out. We Managed to avoid injury by covering this with a hand towel to draw attention to it. No one warned us about the renovation next door. The noise was horrendous! Also, no one warned us that the second bedroom and bathroom was so tiny! You could not sit on commode with out bumping elbows and hips. Weather was awesome! Water was clear and beautiful! We elderly people needed a lunchtime nap, but renovations next door prevented our quiet enjoyment of our rental!
