Mountain top getaway home with stunning views located off of Vermont Rt 100 Scenic Byway. Only 8 miles from Okemo and 10 miles from Killington Skyeship. Don’t miss the “off season” at Killington! Summer and fall are for mountain biking, ATV rentals and golf.

Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobile rentals are also nearby. The Fox Run Nordic Center (8 miles south) features 7 miles of Nordic track trails that wind their way through pristine meadows along the Black River. The Nordic Center includes an additional 7 miles of dedicated snowshoe trails.

For the snowmobilers, Fox Run provides VAST trail access and some of Vermont’s most breathtaking vistas including a trip to the Pinnacle.

Home features a large living room with vaulted ceilings, original wide-plank hardwood flooring, a wood burning fireplace with beautiful stone mantle. Living room opens to dining room with large balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi; TV streaming services available.

There is an additional living room located on the lower level. This is a bright area that is perfect for kids/teens; gas fireplace, streaming TV, foosball soccer table and 2 couches for plenty of seating.

Comfortably sleeps 8 people:
-Two Queen bedrooms, one with a balcony, are located on the second floor with a shared full bath. Bathroom has shower/tub. Brand new washer/dryer are also on this level.

-3rd Queen bedroom is located on the main living floor with a full bath a few steps away.

-Bedroom with twin bed and twin trundle is located on the lower level with a full bath. The bathroom is new with beautiful stone rain shower and large soaking tub.

Perfectly located to enjoy Vermont’s activities all year round. In the Summer/Fall visit one of the beautiful lakes or rivers, explore the many hiking trails, ATV rentals, or play a round of golf.

In the Winter/early Spring this is the ideal location for Vermont’s best skiing. Only 8 miles to Okemo, 10 miles to Killington Skyeship Base, and 15 miles to Killington Snowshed Lodge Base.

The Killington Bike Park opens in late May and is New England's fastest growing downhill mountain bike park. It features three high-speed lifts serving over 30 miles of trails.

15 Min to Long Trail Brewery or Killington village shopping and restaurants
30 Min to Historic Woodstock

The host was extremely responsive and helpful! The place was also perfect for our group and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in this area (we’ve done an annual trip to this area for 5 years now and this is far and away the best place we’ve stayed at). Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Plenty of space, cozy cabin vibe, spectacular view, nicely priced during a busy ski season, lots of amenities even tho we didnt use them (games, toiletries, etc). Altho it wasn’t as clean as expected (dusty, dead bugs), a bit outdated, and the hill was a challenge to drive during an unexpected ice storm, we had a wonderful time. Just be careful on the icy steps as there’s nobody that comes around to salt it (my kid took a mistep and fell but not a big deal for a young kid altho older people have to be extra careful). Overall my family rates the experience 5.

Great Ski Weekend with the Family

We spent a lovely PDW here skiing at Killington. The apartment had everything a family could want - lots of room to spread out, stocked kitchen, three bathrooms (!). Hosts were communicative and responsive. We were a bit nervous about the drive up given other reviews, but had no issues (with 4 wheel drive) with 14 inches of new snow.

Nice location if...

...you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Fortunately when we went there hadn't been a snow or ice storm recently so things weren't too treacherous however this property is up a very long and windy/steep road/driveway. It did appear as if the property managers do a good job with snow removal so we didn't have any major issues accessing the rental.Directions to the place were simple and it was less than 30 minutes to mountain skiing (Pico/Killington).Overall the property was comfortable. There are some things that could definitely use updating (and some instructions on how to use the fancy (newish) walk-in shower room would have been appreciated). The kids had a blast with the toys in the basement as well as the foosball table. They basically just took over the basement floor as that was where they were sleeping (in a newly installed bunkbed).One complaint our guests had was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. My brother in law described his bed as, "it was like sleeping on cardboard". My mother/father in-law had no complaints (bedroom above the kitchen) however my kids bed, which seemed to be a new memory foam mattress on the top bunk, was much too firm for his weight (6 yrs old) and he didn't sleep very well the entire weekend. Our mattress, first room on the right was okay but felt small. I can't confirm because I didn't have a measuring tape but it felt like there was a full sized mattress topper on top on a queen size mattress (ymmv).

Weekend getaway

Place was very comfortable. There were 7 of us, all adults. The kitchen had everything you needed for our "in house" meals. Beds were very comfortable. We wanted a clean, comfortable place for a ski weekned and we got that. I would recommend this rental.

Great Stay

House was clean with lots of supplies there for us. Great basement area for the kids to hang and play. Communications with the hosts were fast and helpful. Location is great for skiing Okemo, Pico and Killington. We will hopefully be back.

Great property for families on a ski vacation

We chose this spot for our annual NYE ski trip and we’re very happy we did. The location was perfect for access to Okemo and Killington with only a 15 minute drive. The view from the house was great as well.Our kids slept in the basement room, which is next to a den area with foosball table and other games. They loved being down there because it felt like their own floor. We also appreciated the separation .While there was one hangup during our stay, Meghan and Melissa (the hosts) were very responsive and attentive.One piece of advice for future guests: make sure your car has AWD (and ideally snow tires) during the winter months. The road up to the house is long, steep and winding.Overall, highly recommend.

Great place

Communication with the host was always great - she was so nice, answered quickly, and was happy to accommodate our request to check in at 3pm instead of 5pm. The property was exactly how it appeared in the listing, comfortable, surprisingly well stocked with supplies, so kid-friendly, clean, and the view from the balconies was gorgeous. It was a truly pleasant experience and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!

Our stay was fantastic and we were all very happy with the property. The property is a bit off the beaten track but that is what we were looking for. The condo is very spacious with all the amenities you need. I would recommend other to stay and would stay again myself.

Great Weekend

We were 6 friends from different areas who wanted to spend the weekend today. We picked the best spot! The place had plenty of room and a perfect table for playing cards.

Fantastic & GMHA friendly

Awesome place. We were here for the festival of eventing at GMHA. Our days were long and busy ridding and taking care of our horses plus the stress of competing and weather. The layout was great as everyone had their own space to sleep and get ready. We were only there at night and early morning so we didnt take advantage of all the amenities. Host was super communicative and even shipped xtra TP for our arrival ( which wasnt really needed).

Peaceful mountaintop getaway

This three level condo is tucked up high on a mountain (about a one mile drive up off the main road). It’s bright with lots of natural light and great views. I loved eating breakfast out on the balcony, reading by the windows and watching tv in large lower level. Each floor has great bathrooms and the house is equipped with just about everything you’d need. Theres no a/c upper floors can get warm if it’s hot out-lower level remained very cool throughout stay.

FEB Break Ski Vacation!

Big and Comfy

The condo was fairly large and offered lots of room for family to spread out and hang out. Accommodations were comfortable and room sizes were big. Location was convenient for Killington.

We love adventure. We chose to be near okemo and killington because they offer terrain for all kinds of skiers. We particularly love the learning area at killington for teaching littles. Our condo offers year round activities with mountain biking in the spring, summer and fall as well as hiking trails steps outside your door. Camp Plymouth state park is just at the bottom of our access road and offers a huge playground, clean lake with sandy shore, clean bathrooms and public charcoal grills.
