Room #1410 Very uncomfortable bed & couches

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedrooms bed was a pice is s***! It literally had a foam topping on top of a very sunk end mattress. Also the couches were very uncomfortable & felt dirty

You can do better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall stay was great. It’s hard to have a bad time at the beach. My room was ok but not great. I was disappointed in two things mostly. The rollers on the sliding glass to the patio were worn out and very difficult to open. They did change the rollers the day before I checked out but for two weeks, my shoulder was worn out. My issue is; the property knew I was coming. My original reservation was for Aug and was moved due to hurricane. I understand things happen, but how long was that door in such bad shape? Also, several lights were burned out. No dining light at all. Poor maintenance in my opinion. The ceiling fan over the bed had 2 inches of dust on it. If my room was cleaned before check in, why was it dirty? Also, lights in the bathroom were burned out. I was very disappointed. At check in, the desk clerk wasn’t very friendly either. Also, I have no idea where Emeryville is. I am from WV.

Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your time at the beach. We do apologize for any maintenance issues. The cleaners are supposed to report any light bulbs out within the condo at cleaning, but of course things get missed. All you had to do was request maintenance, and they would have come up. The slider door companies are very hard to get scheduled. Once it is brought to our attention that it needs the rollers replaced, we put in an order right away, but unfortunately, we are at their schedule mercy as to how soon they can get out. We wish you the best of luck with your future vacations.
