Cozy and private 3 bedroom unit located a few blocks from downtown Sheboygan.

Located just a couple blocks from downtown Sheboygan! Visit the shops and unique restaurants just a short walk away, or stay inside and relax while enjoying a good book or movie!

This unit is also only a short walk away from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan, as well as many parks for you to explore and enjoy during your stay!

The unit itself is very homey, and quite spacious. The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful, with a full walk in closet, and gorgeous natural lighting! The other bedrooms also have large closets and ample space to store clothing for extended trips. We completely remodeled the entire home in 2023, and we are very excited for others to enjoy all of our hard work!

The unit is also equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Pets may also be allowed upon request.

Private outdoor patio, fire pit, and grilling area will be available during the summer months!

Also during summer, bikes are available on site to use for rides down to local area events and attractions. (Ask for details)

Additionally, rentable scooters provided by a nearby local company are located all around the area, and are easy to acquire by simply downloading an app!
These make zipping down the lake front a literal breeze, and are quite enjoyable to use!

Very clean and comfortable. Surprised at no table for eating but there really isn't a good place for it. Communication could have been more timely when inquiring about dogs. Good location making for a short drive downtown.

We had a great time in Sheboygan. The apartment was everything we expected and communication with the host was easy and had quick responses. We were able to walk to downtown, the water, and around the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a great haven after exploring the surrounding area all day. The stairs might be an issue for some but we had no problems.

Cute place. Decorated beautifully. Nice location. No central air, but window units in at least 3 of the rooms. Be aware the stairs coming up to the unit are pretty steep and beds are very high, so if you have trouble with hips or knees, this might be tricky for you. Owner was great at responding to any messages I sent very promptly.

They really thought of everything. It was a cozy home away from home. Very clean, very nice. No table but luckily we brought a kid table with us! My kids loved the blocks and children's books they had provided.

Such a cute and clean space! I loved that we had access to a washer and dryer. On our last day it was nice to wash all our beach towels!

There were some glitches with check in but overall a good place to stay.I was able to manage the steep staircase to the property. It could have a better handrail, and more details making it clear that it was an upper level property could be important for some guests browsing the property.

Race Weekend!!

This is the second time staying at this property. I liked it so much, I also invited some friends. Beds are comfortable. Everyone slept good after a long day. Kitchen is well equipped with necessities such as zip lock bags from spices to tin foil. Coffee and tea is available as well. Washer and dryer on sight. The neighborhood is quiet with parking available on the street. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend. There are steep stairs to access the unit, not a problem for us, but thought Id mention..

Clean and Comfy!

Everything you need right here! Parking was a little awkward, and I guess I didn't realize it was an upstairs apartment, but that is on me for not reading all of the description! Beds were super comfy! Every room had a smart TV that was great! Also, there were fans in the bedrooms! A++ for that, as I need a fan to sleep always and usually bring my own.

Just what we were looking for!

The property is very close to Deland Park where my family was hosting a special celebration. Convenient location, clean space, nice kitchen resources, and comfortable beds (in fact, my father in law plans to buy a firmer mattress when he gets home because his back pain was nonexistent during our stay). Two FYIs (not critiques, just part of an older home). Bring earplugs. Two of the bedrooms are next to the living room and sound carries. Also, the entryway stairs are steep. If you have visitors that are not sure-footed, this may not be the space for you. This rental is not far from Frank’s Place where we had tasty stone oven pizza, a quick hop to Harbor Lights where we sang karaoke (badly), and a reasonable drive to Harry’s Diner which accommodated a group of ten for brunch quickly and without batting an eye. I recommend this rental space and all three establishments we visited.

Thrifty option

Mixed feelings. I would have given it 5* for being clean, safe, and mostly quiet but I took off a star for the lack of convenient parking contrary to description. Communication with the host was excellent. Pros: good price; clean; comfy bed, felt secure. Those are key factors! On the other hand: the description says there will be on-site parking but we were not given access to it. We rejected parking in an illegal parking space (which was occupied by legal users every weekday) and we didn’t want to park across the street opposite the driveway for fear of being hit. We ended up parking a block away. Another factor is the challenging stairs: steep concrete exterior stairs followed by a full story of steep wooden interior stairs that had seen better days. All of that was hard for our old knees. Families should note there is no dining table, just a desk facing a wall. We mostly ate out so not an issue for us.

Great long weekend stay

Clean and in a great location closer to downtown. Easy check In. Had a full kitchen with an air fryer and Keurig. Slept 4 guys all with their own room which was great.

Just the weekend

The place was very clean, and directions to get in were easy to follow. Nice neighborhood. Its stairs going up and it appears small but is actually quite roomy. There were games and books for children, every room had a tv. We were only there for a few nights but close to other nearby sights.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Sheboygan! Everything was as described. My kids loved having their own space and not having to share. Chris was a great host and left some fun extras for us like paper facemasks, my kids enjoyed those. There are a wide variety of games in case you need an evening activity or you have a rainy day. I was impressed with how clean and new the unit was! It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Great property

This is a terrific property! Very comfortable, well stocked, and lots of great touches. Comfortable beds, great linens, and super big bath towels. I had trouble getting into the unit (entirely me being brain dead) and Chris responded quickly and with great patience. I would not hesitate to book this apartment. There is AC in the living room and master bedroom, but not in the other two bedrooms. I would suggest putting AC in those rooms, or fans. It did get a bit stuffy in those rooms at night. But otherwise, perfect!
