Bella Sirena A701 Penthouse Amazing Ocean Views

Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the condo and that you found the beds to be very comfortable. We're sorry the resort's security policies regarding oversized vehicles caused frustration during your stay. We certainly understand how inconvenient that can be. However, those policies are set and enforced by the resort's HOA and security team, and unfortunately they are completely outside of our control as the manager of this individual condo. We always work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, five-star experience inside the condo, so it's disappointing when factors beyond our control affect a guest's overall rating. We truly appreciate your compliments about the property and hope you'll give us another opportunity to host you in the future.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us Julio! We’re glad to hear you had a great stay overall. We appreciate your feedback regarding the toilet paper. For extended stays, we provide five rolls of toilet paper per bathroom at check-in, which is generally sufficient for most guests. However, we understand that every group’s needs can vary, and we’ll certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again on your next visit!

Thank you so much for your kind words April! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness and space, and that our communication helped make your stay comfortable. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property, and we’re sorry to hear about this concern. We did not receive any report of this during your stay; had we been notified, we could have arranged prompt treatment and assistance. Our post-stay inspection found no evidence of cockroaches, but we take your report seriously and will follow up to ensure the property remains clean and comfortable for our guests.
