The Space:

This spacious villa features 3 bedrooms on the second floor of the main house, a poolside bedroom with two bunk beds (twin over double), and a private poolside honeymoon suite. The property is fully gated, exclusive, and just a short walk to the beach, surf break, and a great oceanfront restaurant. Enjoy the yoga practice area, saltwater lagoon pool, table tennis, EV charger, and more. This villa has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Puntas neighborhood, this property is just a 6-minute walk to the beach. The villa is fully gated and enclosed for added privacy and security. Puntas offers plenty to explore day and night—inns, bars, restaurants, a local bodega, beach gear rentals, and souvenir shops all nearby.



Getting Around:

A rental car is strongly recommended, but you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, gift shops, and a local coffee/smoothie stand. Taxis are available but must be scheduled in advance.

Airport rental car companies include Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, Target Car Rental, and Charlie’s Car Rental.

Other Things to Note:

Daisy is the on-site caretaker for the interior of the property. She is available upon request to cook meals, refresh living spaces, and assist with general upkeep. Pricing for meals and additional services varies. A light daily cleaning is included in the standard cleaning fee.

Please note: we do not host weddings or events of any kind at this property.

We are located on the western point of Puerto Rico—2.5 hours from SJU, 35 minutes from both BQN and MAZ, and 1.5 hours from PSE. To avoid the long drive from San Juan, Cape Air offers multiple daily flights from SJU to MAZ.
