Clean, quiet condo

Very nice and comfortable condo in a quiet area, away from the hustle of the Dells but yet only a few minutes from all activities. I would return to this property again.

The accommodations were just fine for our stay. It was clean and our host was excellent at communication. The pool only goes to just over three feet deep, so we only used it once. Racquetball and Pickleball were fun for our family. It would be nice if there were more garbage cans in the house and there were no extra blankets for watching miviea on the couch. I felt the beds were very hard, but that is a personal preference.

I am glad that the guest liked the place and amenities. There are 2 swimming pools in the activity center. One for little kids and one for adults. I am not sure which one she utilized during the stay. We have a garbage bin in the place along with extra garbage bags. I am not sure as to why the guest wanted more garbage bins. All she needed to do was change the garbage bag when full and throw the full garbage bag in the dumpster. Regardless, the guests are welcome to come back and stay at any of our properties.

Met expectations, extremely responsive manager

Two very minor issues that were resolved immediately by the manager - very responsive. Great location if you plan to stay near the Ishnalla supper club. A few minor maintenance issues need attention but would certainly stay there again.

Very cute and cozy!

The resort is super cute and includes great amenities. The condo itself was awesome. Love the high ceilings and the bedroom loft. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with basic necessities. The place was immaculate. The temp was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The owner/manager kept in touch and was very friendly. We are very happy with our stay!

Clean and Comfortable

My spouse, 2 teenagers, and my parents stayed in this cozy townhouse. Although a bit outdated, we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great communication. We appreciated all the activities offered on site, as well as discounted activities around the area.

The room was not as clean as I would've liked.Outdoor chairs were dirty. Music was loud for a while in adjourned condo. We enjoyed our stay because it was not busy at this time of year.

Close to attractions but quiet area

Con’s - Second bedroom upstairs is loft so has a door but open wall so all noise from downstairs can be heard. Please change fan in upstairs bath as super noisy. Pros - check out the activity center. Had all items needed in kitchen for food prep. Place was clean. Host kept in touch.

Time with friends

Property fit our needs...3 senior citizens with all main bath & bedrooms on second floor was a challenge, but property manager was very helpful. Road construction made navigating to the area challenging at times, and power washing of ynits was done while we were there. All things not able to control by manager.challenging

Tamarack Stay at Mirror

Very unhappy with this rental. It said it was a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. It was only a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. I called to complain about the mold in the bathroom shower, how loud the fans were in the bathrooms, the bugs on the air conditioner, the sticky floor in the kitchen and the owner said he would look into it. I have never hear anything back. Also, in the pictures online there were dressers in the bedrooms. There were no dressers or anywhere to put your clothes. You literally had to live out of your suitcase.

We never advertise 2.5 bathroom as stated by the guest. There are closets in the bedroom with hangers and shelves. No guests in our property lives out of a suit case. Our cleaners perform a 7 step cleaning process. After the checkout, we verified that there was no mold.
