Perfect stay!

We had a great stay! This unit had easy check in process, extremely clean, comfortable bed and was quiet at night. We loved the walkable neighborhood and enjoyed eating at OMC and Bali. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Wonderful location. Simple, but well appointed and clean. Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Living area is cozy and comfortable. Walk to everything, restaurants, shops, breweries, ice cream. Perfect property for a long weekend!

Beautiful Property, great location

We had a great stay! Apartment is fully updated and beautiful. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and bars and just a few minute drive to canal park. Would definitely recommend to others

Fall Getaway

This was a fantastic place! The kitchen was amazing, and I had everything I needed. An added plus is that it is in the Craft District of Duluth. Breweries, restaurants, and stores are just out the door.

Weekend

Beautiful apartment. Loved the location and especially the coffee place next door and all the good places to eat that we could walk to. Bed was comfortable. Living room was cozy and bright. I hope to visit again soon. 10/10

Quick few days away

This was my first stay utilizing this property, and first time staying in the Lincoln Park area. The apartment was perfect, right in the middle of this up and coming area. I loved the building, and all the exposed brick. It was the perfect size apartment, large kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed, and great view of the outside main street outside. I will definitely stay here again.

Simply the best!

This property is the best I my opinion of all Lincoln Park. It is beautifully decorated, there are plenty of amenities, nothing is forgotten.and you’re stay feels like a true luxury getaway, then you add all the local restaurants that are beyond amazing! The only exception is the lack of an elevator, but everything else cancels that out, even if your knees aren’t the best.

Duluth/North Shore Getaway

Great location, very clean and comfortable accommodations. Would have been helpful to know there was no elevator, especially because we were on the 3rd floor. We survived, but if you had bad knees, it would have been a challenge. I would definitely stay here again. But next time, I will book a room on the first floor😉.

Beautiful Flat in the Heart of Lincoln Park

The Duluth Press Building Flats are newly renovated spaces with an eye for detail! They are lovingly furnished with the best from shops in the area. Impeccably clean and ready for your most memorable get-away. The front looks out over Superior Street with the open lake just beyond. Step out and explore all the new shops, restaurants and breweries of the Craft District that is reviving this cute respite only five minutes from downtown and Canal Park. I can’t imagine a better place to stay while visiting Duluth!
