This was the perfect house for our family. We had little ones (3 that were 3yrs old and under) and they had room to roam and plenty to keep them occupied. The kitchen provided room for multiple people to help prepare a meal and it was a great place to gather. A great place to stay for a week on the Cape.

The hosts considered everything that would make our stay enjoyable. They even had an abundance of spare toilet paper! Given everything that was provided, I probably should have rated the cost for what was provided as the top rating; however, it was more that I had planned to spend so I rated it one level down - probably an unfair rating. This place was top-notch!

My family of 12 adults and a two year old had an wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and every couple was able to have their own private space. The shared space was amazing. There was plenty of seating for everyone and the view from the deck was perfect. We all enjoyed preparing meals together in the well stocked kitchen. The location of the home is great. We were able to walk into town for coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, bars, mini golf, and even the ferry to Nantucket! Other than a couple of trips to the grocery store we never used our car! My family would highly recommend this property!

We had such a lovely time in Cape Cod and this vacation home was perfect! It’s conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants in Hyannis and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate, and stopped by personally to greet us and check in. I’d love to go back!

Great home! It was very clean. Great layout of the house. Kitchen, living room, dinning room space was large enough for a group of 12. Beach is walking distance! Walk about three houses down from the street and there are steps to lead to the beach. This house is not walking distance to the Hyannis ferry like it says. It was a ten minute drive. It’s maybe walking distance if you are taking the three hour ferry. Not the one hour ferry.

This day was absolutely incredible… The view views, and location or absolutely impeccable…!! it was so clean. Everything was so well stocked… We wanted for nothing while we were there… Cannot say anything but wonderful things about the owners and the care and detail into this amazing property.!!! we will be going back!!!!

Property was as described, very nicely appointed and comfortable. Good location, close to Hyannis for shopping, etc. Great chef's kitchen with plenty of accessories. Annick is very friendly and responsive to questions and recommendations. We had no problems/difficulties whatsoever, just a wonderful, relaxing time in Cape Cod.

Great family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful comfortable home. Everything was just so perfect. The owner was a joy to work with, and the location was very convenient. I would not hesitate recommending this home to anyone. The host is readily available and the home has everything you need.

Perfect!

The house was amazing for our family reunion. It is a beautiful house with ample space for all 12 of us. And those views of Hyannis harbour! Plus the kitchen was great for feeding our army. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

Great Cape Golf Weekend

I traveled to Hyannis in October for a cape golf weekend with 12 guys. Annick was able separate many of the king size beds so that everyone had their own private bed. The house was incredible. Beautiful location and very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend, and we plan to be back next weekend.

Best equipped house

We are a multigenerational bicoastal family group and this house served us well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and easily fit 2 porta-cribs for my daughter’s 10 mo twins. Nearby beach was perfect for our five “littles” and the view was stunning. Best part of house was kitchen with huge island and open family room with porch. Terrific place to cook and socialize!

Everything we hoped fir!

The owner has done a wonderful job describing this house and its location. You can believe what you read. If you're coming to Cape Cod with a big group (we were 13 age 3 months to 79 years) you will not be disappointed. Quit scrolling and just book it!

Great house for multiple couples or families

Beautiful, spacious, clean, extremely well-equipped house with a super-accommodating host. Everything was as described and pictured. We were three couples and a 2-year-old, and the layout was perfect. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, but there was ample communal space to spend time together. The kitchen was fabulous.

Carefree and spacious vacation home

• BEAUTIFUL home and location. • Amenities and provisions galore! • Three decks with various views of the bay. Lots of ferries and boats to watch go by. • Kids’ paradise! Swimming and hunting for crabs and shells on the beach was entertainment for hours. Lower patio for lawn games and undercover area for crafting or board games if the day’s weather turns gloomy. • Comfortable bedrooms and sitting areas. • Friendly and helpful homeowner nearby. The property and the owners are AWESOME! The house is more beautiful than the pictures and the views of the bay are outstanding. An easy walk to Hyannis Harbor for restaurants and the ferry. Downtown Hyannis is walkable, too, although you may be better just driving. Cannot say enough good things about Annick and her husband. Fantastic throughout and they are very interesting people, too. We had 10 adults, 2 young children (ages 6 and 3) and an infant. Four generations of the family. Having the small beach at the end of the street was ideal for the kids. The house was perfect. Thank you, Annick!!! We all had a wonderful time

Fabulous Property

Our 2 week vacation at this property was perfect from start to finish. We had 15 family members staying here very comfortably ranging in age from 4 to 75. The location was wonderful. So much to do here for adults and children alike! The beach was so much fun watching all of the activity of the harbor and it was so perfect for children with shallow calm water and all kinds of little sea life to entertain them for hours on end. The Host couldn't have made us feel more welcome and she was always around to answer questions and help out with anything that we needed. The house was incredibly supplied with bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, spices.....everything that you need!! Everyone in our family had a blast and we will definitely be going back. Thank you Annick!!!!

Quiet Bachelorette Weekend

From day one, Annick was extremely responsive and helpful in our booking and any questions we had. We booked this house for a quiet bachelorette weekend with 14 girlfriends from Ontario and we couldn’t have loved the home any more. The pictures do not do it justice. The spacious bedrooms, plentiful sitting rooms, and beautiful large kitchen made socializing together feel like home. We spent the days and evenings walking 2 minutes down the street to the beach to watch the sunset thanks to the perfect proximity of the property. There were many amazing memories made here and we can’t thank Annick enough for sharing this home with us.

Great house and location

Everything was truly excellent. The house is terrific and well stocked with supplies. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, etc. The layout of the house is tremendous for families. My 96 year old grandmother stayed on first floor bedroom with walk in shower, kids slept up top, and all others slept in the four bedrooms on second floor. Great spacious deck with tremendous view of the bay and fireworks on the 4th. Beach was short two house walk and down stairs. Water was calm and shallow which alleviates anxiety when watching the kids. The owner is super helpful and welcoming, and is always willing to assist. Frankly, everything was in such great shape we never called on her. I would recommend without reservation.

Annick was an incredible host, anticipating every need and showering us with thoughtful touches. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by her beautiful home, and that feeling lasted until our very last steps out the door. We couldn't stop raving about our week-long stay! Every amenity imaginable was at our fingertips: comfy king-sized beds in plenty of bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, endless spots to gather or find a quiet moment, decks with amazing ocean views for morning coffee, beach chairs, linens, an incredible selection of games and puzzles, and a kitchen with a marble island that felt like its own island! Seriously, nothing was overlooked – they even had candles for the birthdays we celebrated that week. It was absolute perfection – a week of pure joy, rest, and re-energizing for our overworked lives that none of us will ever forget. We're already hoping to come back next year, because this was truly as good as it gets! Thank you, Annick, for the gift of your beautiful home and for making our first official family vacation so memorable."
