Reviewer Comments:
The location & the layout, & the view are wonderful, but everything else was kind of average. We were told that the balcony would be unavailable at a point that it was too late to change condos, which was extremely disappointing, & also meant we had workmen on the balcony at times, which was a privacy issue. The a/c worked, but sounded like a jet engine every time it was running, which was about every 15 minutes during the day, and slightly less often overnight. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, likely due to a dishwasher that was not cleaning properly, as we found out when we used it. We did love that there were beach chairs in the unit and the furniture in the unit was clean & comfortable. The non-primary bathroom could use some updating, as the shower/tub door was difficult to open & close. Proximity to the beach was great, pool was nice but chairs at the pool could use updating. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Would stay in this tower again, but not this unit.
