Before booking, check the location details in our listing, including distances, local businesses, and transit options.

This is a quiet residential area—no parties or events allowed. Violations may result in fines to keep the neighborhood peaceful.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, all must be included in the reservation due to the home’s size and need to be present. No third party bookings are accepted.


HOUSE RULES
*Children: Please read the amenities and listing description prior to booking.
- Guests may not leave minors unattended at any time around and in the cowboy plunge pool
- Please note: Children of any age are included within the four-guest maximum limit. (Pack and Play / High Chair are included)
* Smoking or Vaping / Incense / Smoking (tobacco or cannabis) is not allowed inside the property.
If smoke odors of any kind linger inside the home due to outdoor smoking and impact the experience of future guests, additional cleaning and odor remediation fees may be incurred.
* Check-in window 4 pm / Check out 12 pm
* Only 4 guests max are allowed during your stay please include everyone on your reservation.
* No parties or events are allowed
* No glitter or confetti / No photoshoots / No outside vendors
* No more than 2 cars allowed per booking. 2 to be parked in the driveway or street parking is available. * The guest who books must be present at check-in and needs to stay in the home. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Third party reservations are not permitted.
*Pool is seasonal only open from April to October. Closed November to March
