We had an awesome time. Plenty of room and clean. The only negative part of trip was parking. But we managed.

Thank you for choosing Beach Getaways! We’re so glad you had an awesome stay and found the condo spacious and clean. We completely understand that parking can be a challenge at any beachfront resort during peak season. Phoenix VI guests are also permitted to use an adjacent overflow lot at Phoenix VII when needed, which provides an additional parking option during those busier times. We’re glad you were able to make it work and hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway

View was amazing. Condo is well located near everything. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning works great. The whole facility was well taken care of and clean. The carts in the lobby are convenient to bring up/take down groceries and luggage. In door and out door pools were nice. The outdoor furniture on the deck could be more comfortable…

We were doing so well until we got to the patio furniture! We’re so glad you enjoyed the amazing views, comfortable beds, cool A/C, convenient location, pools, and how well cared for the property is overall. The balcony furniture is actually a newer dining set, and we hope it still gave you a great spot for family meals, morning coffee, and soaking in those beautiful Alabama skies. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback—we’d love to welcome you back for another getaway!

Vacay

Great location! Easy access to everywhere, beach staff was amazing and so helpful! We loved watching the boats come in and out of the marina and seen dolphins out the windows almost every morning! Only draw back never enough hot water for everyone to shower after a Long Beach day!

Our stay here was incredible! The check in process was super easy and seamless. They sent us an email/text for parking passes 1-2 days early so we were able to get that squared away before we got there. The beach view from the room was incredible and unobstructed. We never needed to reach out for maintenance problems, but they made sure to give us all the information we needed in case we did need them for anything. I think our only complaint for our stay was the beds. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and hard which made it hard to relax at the end of the day. I also wish they allowed more parking passes. For a room that sleeps 9-10 people, only allowing 2 parking passes is a little hard to coordinate (although this is not a renter problem. They don’t have control over that). Overall, I would recommend this place to stay!

Great stay, only things I could see improvement on is there was left over coffee grounds in the machine which wasn’t a big deal I cleaned the machine and still fixed a cup. Floors weren’t visibly dirty but the end of the first day oh socks were very discolored maybe needed to be cleaned a little better. Which was why the overall 3 for cleanliness. Great location, we could walk and get ice cream and were close to many restaurants. Beach access was great, pools clean, grills on site, beautiful view. Would stay here again!

Great beach front property.

Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from this property. Over all this was a great place to stay and we would return. I only have 2 suggestions for improvement. There were plenty of extra pillows but no pillows cases to put on them. Also the master bedroom bed and one of the beds in 2 bed bedroom squeaked every time you moved. If these things were fixed this place would be absolutely perfect.

Great location, but condo needs updates/improvement

The location is great, along with beaches nearby. Everything is in close proximity The condo building and unit itself needs some updates. Based on pictures online we expected more. The furniture was falling apart (kitchen table, locks on doors, screen door for deck entrance ripped apart, shower in second bath was not easy to use, and the couch was broken down and cushions continually coming out-not comfortable) The cleanliness could have been better as well. We found dirty dishes in cupboards and bathrooms weren’t throughly cleaned. Plus, dishwasher didn’t work on normal cycle. We will visit orange beach again, but will be more selective in our unit of choice. View was great from deck and overall we had a great trip
