Beliggende på dejlig West Beach, nyde en betagende udsigt over hvide sandstrande og smaragd havet fra din private balkon på dette 4. sal enhed. Master soveværelse med kingsize-seng, og to hal køjer med en lomme dør til at adskille dem fra køkken / opholdsstue. Området indeholder en swimming pool og hot tub område ligger på stranden, en havepavillon og to kul grill til at grille. Tæt på shopping, restauranter og underholdning. Da vi fortsætter med at opdatere og omforme denne Condo, vi er venligst at tilbyde det til dig for udlejning til konkurrencedygtige priser!

Vores enhed indeholder strygejern og strygebræt, luksus bad og sengetøj sengetøj, strand stole til din brug i vores condo, og 2 kabel-tv. Vores bygning har elevator og bagage vogne. Vi har også helt nye apparater i køkkenet!

Clean with a beautiful view!

The condo was clean and had everything that you needed! The view was absolutely beautiful! It was very convenient to everything, great location. The access to the beach was very easy as well. I rested well at night. There is not anything negative that I could say. I would love to visit again! Great place!

Perfect Relaxation

The condo was in perfect order, very clean and up to date. Jennifer has the unit stocked with pretty much anything that you'll need for cooking, making coffee, etc. and there are even beach toys for the littles ones. The beach chairs for our use was a great addition as most folks don't have room for that nor even own them. The unit has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from either inside or while relaxing on the balcony listening to the beautiful sound of the surf. There is a table and chairs as well as a lounge chair for your use on the balcony. There is a great locals restaurant just 1.5 blocks away as well as many more. The unit is close to anything that you plan to do while in Gulf Shores. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was perfect. Jennifer wants everything perfoect for her guests and she has accomplished just that.

Construction on the building the entire time that we were there. Jackhammers for 8 hours a day.

Right on the beach

Being on the fourth floor was perfect. The unit was clean and communication with the owner was easy. Easy check-in. The view can’t be beat!

Great Condo Right on the Beach!

I was very grateful for Jennifer allowing me to bring my nieces and nephew with me to her condo. She was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We loved being right on the beach and eating our meals out on the balcony every day. The condo was very clean and had lots of little extra touches including beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you choose to use it. We would rent here again!

Great stay!

Spot was perfect for my family. Walk right out of the building to the beach and when the kids got tired of the beach we enjoyed the pool! There are a few good restaurants in walking distance also.

Location is perfect!

The location was perfect and the view was awesome! Condo was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Having an ice maker was great for the week and having beach chairs was a big plus for us since we flew to the shores. We highly recommended this condo and would stay here again!

Direkt am Strand mit tollem Ausblick

Eine kleine, aber feine Wohnung, sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Großer Pluspunkt sind natürlich die tolle Lage direkt am Strand und die wunderbare Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexico. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nice little spot on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay. This is an older property, as are the furnishings. It is small in size, but was fine for my husband and me. Directions from the host made it easy to find, parking was excellent. I felt very safe. You receive keys for the condo and fobs for the pool area, on a silicone bracelet, which makes it easy to take with you and keep track of. The condo is located right on the beach, with a nice balcony (you can catch a little sun nearly all day), large pool & hot tub. We absolutely loved the beach (just a short walk) and popped up our tent daily. Everyone on the beach was very friendly, and I found a few nice shells after some shelling hints from a sweet little WW2 veteran. The host does supply beach chairs and a few other beach items, but we did not use them as we had our own. No beach towels tho, so be sure to bring a few if that is something you’d like for the pool and/or beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! :) Plenty of hot water, nice shower, with new shower curtain/liner, and shower caddy! Sufficient bath towels for our stay. (This is important to me, as I have stayed in other condos that lacked all of the above.) It is always a bonus to have a washer and dryer, and the host supplies laundry detergent for two loads. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, grocery stores, and even a Dollar General! Overall great stay!

Wedding Officiant

I rented this property for our wedding officiant and his wife to stay in while in town to perform the ceremony for our daughter. The property owner was prompt in responses to questions prior to and during the stay. The location was perfect and the property suited their needs perfectly.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

It was great,I highly recommend for anyone to stay at this condo. The condo is very well taken care of by the owner. It is beautiful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She is very easy to work with. It really is Home away from Home.

Fall vacation

There was some construction going on at the front of the building that was not disclosed in the listing and a little noise One Elevator had ply wood on the floor and walls up to waist high. The beach was a great area. The hot tub was cold and didn't work for the time we were there. We still had an enjoyable stay. The condo is older but was budget friendly. Wi-Fi only worked half a day, although that turned out to be a plus and kept me from doing work on vacation.

We are the parents of two daughters who are now college graduates. We enjoy sports and entertainment and love the beach area. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for the past 11 years.

After staying at different spots along the Gulf Coast, we keep coming back to Seacrest along West Beach. We made the decision to purchase our own 'slice of paradise' 8 years ago and would love for you to consider our rental for your next beach vacation.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Seacrest is a low-density building along a quite coastal road. The laid back personality of this end of the beach makes relaxing easy and takes the 'stress' out of vacationing. Yet, this building is located just minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment!
