Welcome to FantaSea at Cocoa Beach and forget your worries in this spacious and serene space where you can watch the dolphins and manatees play in the river in the backyard.

Experience waterfront living at its finest in this bright, airy retreat that sleeps 8 and offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Our comfortable property is ideal for a family-friendly vacation destination, a business trip or a relaxing beachside place before or after a cruise. You will love the picturesque views and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. You'll find something for everyone here from swimming, surfing, shopping, sunbathing, and more!

The Space:
Our stunning waterfront home boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook delicious meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying them. The large living room and giant, comfy sofa creates room for everyone to relax. The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the outdoor space, with a large saltwater pool and hot tub perfect for entertaining. Our private backyard space is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or catch a rocket launch.

Our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Cocoa Beach close to everything, where you'll find a wide range of activities to enjoy. The nearby beach is world-famous for its surfing and sunbathing, while the local shops and restaurants offer something for everyone. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is just a short drive away, as are other area attractions. Come and experience the best of Florida living in our stunning waterfront home.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance with Lyft and Uber available in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Cocoa Beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The location was excellent—close to the beach and everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Very nice house. Nice set up. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing manatees in the canal as a special treat. Easy walk to beach and Starbucks and Ron Jon’s. Would go back.

I recommend this house to anyone who wants to rent the perfect VRBO. We absolutely loved the home and the location. They thought of everything you would need in each and every room. We saw manatees in the canal and lots of fish. Every nights sunset was so beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s more gorgeous and spacious than the pics depicted. We would definitely come back. The host definitely went above and beyond with this VRBO.

This place was great. I highly recommend. Pool and hot tub was amazing and the house was stocked with essentials better than I have seen in a long time. Lisa was very responsive when we needed hot tub heated. Thank you.

Very responsive. The constant requests to heat the pool and hot tub was a little inconvenient. Overall nice place to relax and convenient location to the main drag.

The issue is the pool and the Jacuzzi can’t be heated at the same time and the controls are complicated, so we have to switch it remotely from our phone. We were very quick to respond, within five minutes, and it only takes about 10-15 min. to heat the jacuzzi. But I’m sorry to hear that it was an inconvenience for the guests.

The house was beautiful! It had everything you could think of to need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. There were only 2 small complaints. The first one being we tried to reach out to the property owner about the bikes in the garage, and never got a response, and a man, I’m guessing possibly the homeowner, came by our second to last day there and just went into the backyard and started cleaning out the pool. I would have been totally fine with that if we had been given a heads up. We were a single mom and young adults( women) staying there and it made us a little uncomfortable. Other than that, there were some things that were left dirty upon our arrival like food trash stuck under nightstands in bedrooms, and bedding that was left unclean meaning there were food remnants/sticky items on some of the quilts/blankets.

The best vacation property we have ever stayed at.

The house was amazing, everything spotless, so much thoughtfulness went into making this a wonderful stay right down to the smallest details, from nice big fluffy bath and beach towels, a well stocked spotless kitchen, little things like scented hand soap, all the beach equipment you could ever want. The pool, the hot tub perfect. The location just blocks from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Relaxation away from the ball field

This property and its owners are by far the best we have ever stayed. The owners were quick to respond everytime there was a question and the house is the perfect location. My kids beg to stay at this property every year we come for the tournament. I can’t say enough good things about the PROPERTy or the owners as always a great experience we will be back !

Best stay yet

We had a wedding, with plenty of family/friends in and out. This was the absolute best stay! House is incredible and the pool was a hit. We even got a treat to see a night launch that lit up the whole sky! Highly recommend.

We loved this house

The property was immaculate and the pool area and canal were just wonderful. The beach chairs, towels and toys were very much appreciated. The house was well stocked as well. We saw manatees in the canal and one rocket launch our first day at the beach. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home.

Weekend before Disney Cruise

We had nine in our party - three generations - from Canada and Texas for the weekend before our Disney Cruise. Was a great venue to meet up and "warm up" for our excursion. Close to Kennedy Space Center, restaurants and the beach. Pool was a hit for the kids.

We had an incredible stay at this property and can't recommend it highly enough. The waterfront location was the highlight for our kids — they spent hours fishing right in the backyard canal, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins and manatees swimming by on multiple occasions. Unforgettable for the whole family.The home itself is beautifully furnished and genuinely fully stocked. Multiple fridges made feeding a big group easy, and the owners have thought of everything — loads of beach chairs, wagons for hauling gear, sand toys, life jackets, and pretty much anything else you'd need for a beach vacation. We showed up with way more than we needed.The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after long days out, and the sunset views from the property were stunning every single evening. The beach is just a short walk away, which made morning and afternoon trips effortless.Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and in a truly special spot. We'll absolutely be back. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a wonderful home!
