The lake view was awesome and the house was stocked very well with supplies. Mark was an excellent host. We gave him a few (hopefully helpful) critiques to make it even better for future renters. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing spot for a family vacation! Great location on the lake, and plenty to do with the pontoon, kayaks, and paddle board! Ease of just relaxing in the lake and floating made for perfect combo to capitalize on being outside and enjoying summer. Mark was an incredible host, and we will definitely look forward to a return visit!

Great experience! The location is amazing, The 2ft cove was perfect for kids to swim, kayak, and fish. We had a great family trip. Mark made sure to check in with us during the stay and he was very easy to contact if needed. We look forward to booking again in the future!

This was an outstanding home for our family. Lots of space, the kids had a blast in the lake, everyone loved the pontoon boat and the outdoor space was exceptional with beautiful views. I highly recommend this home - you won’t be disappointed!!

Mark is the man! Made us all feel right at home and was always in communication with us checking in we couldn’t have asked for a better host we had 12 guys for a bachelor party and everyone was very impressed everyone agreed we’d come back in a heart beat thanks Mark!

My family and I spent 2 weeks here while my husband and sons were working nearby. The house is absolutely beautiful, but the best part is the outdoor area. The lake view was amazing, especially at sunset. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, who had a nice big backyard to explore. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Me and my family had a spectacular stay here! Mark is an incredibly helpful host and and excellent communicator. My kids said this is the best place we’ve ever rented. We enjoyed thr beautiful weather and Mark provided us with kayaks, a canoe and he even has extra fishing gear to fish off the shore in the backyard. We enjoyed our time sitting around the fire pit beside the tiki hut. The interior is spacious and well equipped with plenty of room for the kids and my parents as well. Highly recommend.

Mark was very attentive and made sure we knew where everything was in the house and told us if we needed anything to let him know. The house was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room and wonderful location for our visit to Nashville. Would stay here again. Great place and beautiful house.

We enjoyed the stay in the lake. Proximity to downtown was perfect as well. House had more amenities then we could use in a week.

Property was great and Mark was very helpful in getting us set up and checked in. Fantastic outdoor area and lake views, very cozy house and would stay there again no question.

Great Stay!This property was perfect for our trip; great location and plenty of room for everyone. You can walk right out to the lake, and the primary bedroom even has its own private balcony with beautiful views. The back porch has tons of seating, and there are barbecues everywhere for grilling. The outdoor kitchen and bar area are awesome! The house itself is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
